There is no beach to speak of, but it's still possible to swim in the sea.

An amazing location: the rooms (and their private pools) face due East, meaning we were able to watch the full moon rise over the sea, and then from our bed watch the sun rise in the morning. The private pool is small but very romantic. Altogether the perfect spot for a couple who want some intimate time together! There is also an open-air roof-top restaurant - perfect for dinner - and the breakfast was good too. And all very up-market.

This property is amazing! It has spectacular views, a private pool and an incredibly comfortable bed but most of all the owners have thought of all the little extras that go above and beyond. The food at the “Bohol social” restaurant was spectacular and we couldn’t believe the variety and great value for world class standard. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Service is excellent, the staff made us feel personally taken care of during the entire stay:) Executive room is superb with the large private pool and we were able to enjoy Netflix. I like the use of phone provided in the room for communication with the front desk. Floating breakfast has been perfectly prepared. If you join any day tour and activities via the suites, they are also well organised for the guests!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the time. Facility can’t be better with super awesome stunning views. Lovely cats sneaked in our terrace several times and looked innocent. They care animals a lot and recommended us to visit tarsier sanctuary instead of the other commercially managed park, which I did respect. Philippine breakfast is recommended.

The onsite restaurant didn’t match the resort quality. It needs to be improved. Most of the meals were very average and overpriced. I expect to be charged double in a place like that, but I also expect the food to match the price tag. There is nowhere to eat nearby and they don’t allow food onto the property. We have a private whale shark tour - firstly they forgot to put it In the boast so we had to return to shore to pick it up. Then later it malfunctioned, so we lost all The footage. Very disappointing after spending 8,500 on the tour itself. We also weren’t really explained that we would be joining another 30 people to see The sharks so didn’t feel very private the end. I took the tour next door the day after and it was much cheaper - 1,500 from Memory - and we saw the same thing without having to drive a boat for an hour each way. Much more time effective and far cheaper

Amazing staff. Ronald is a stand out staff member. Simply Epic rooms. I stayed one night in the junior suite and one night in the executive suite. Both amazing. Everything was seemless including the car transfers. The floating breakfast was great. Great massage - with Jane - probably the best massage from my last 6 months in Asia.

Nothing - hotel is abit far away from panglao but you don't really need to leave

This place is phenomenal, the service from the staff and the whole set up of the place is next level. The floating breakfast in the pool was a highlight as well booking the private jacuzzi on the Rooftop (highly recommend this). Will definitely be back!

Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is. We booked last minute for one night after a change in plans and a bad experience at another hotel. The hotel organised a pick up from our previous location which was great. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with welcome drinks and smiles and we instantly felt like we were right at home. This continued throughout our stay and the service was exceptional. We had the Poseidon massages shortly after we arrived which are the best massages we have ever had. Ford, the waiter who looked after us during our dinner (the hotel set up a private table on the rooftop for us) was brilliant. We stayed in a king suite which was amazing value. The private pool was beautiful at sunrise. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast (served at the pool) was epic. We were genuinely very sad to leave. Sadness was only slightly abated by the cats and dogs sanctuary next door. Some of the owners dogs wander in the hotel but were so friendly and sweet (all vaccinated). The owner is so passionate about the animals and looking after them, we felt really moved. Would really recommend a stay at epic suites Bohol. What could have been a bad experience in Bohol turned into such a special memory. We can’t wait to return!

The place was just amazing!! Service was top notch! From our check in up until checkout, everything went through without a hitch. The staff was excellent and we got special treatment all throughout our stay. Cant say anything bad about this place - the owners were also very nice and accommodating, plus they rescue stray animals!! We had a really great stay at Epic Suites and would surely love to go back.

Nothing, all was great. The most convenient way for us to travel to the accommodation was with our own rental car, but if you are not an independent traveller they can cater to your every need. We like to explore countries on our own and it sometimes felt as if we disappointed the staff if we did not need their assistance with our plans for the day.

The room is very comfortable with a very nice swimming pool. The staff almost tries too hard to give you a wonderful time. There is a small restaurant on site, and also a spa and gym. Lots of very friendly dogs. Nice welcome surprise. They do offer tours from the hotel. Amazing views, very quiet.

This is just me personally but it was a little bit much as far as the staff. Texting and calling on the phone they supply. Asking me if I needed anything and if I wanted food. Some people like that so good on them. Personally I just like to be left alone. So if you’re someone who likes being catered to all the time then this is the place for u. It’s nothing bad I just thought it was a little bit too much. I could’ve said something to them about it but I just silenced the phone instead. It’s a little far from anything so just be prepared. It’s all good. I would stay there again.

The view was amazing! The staff were very kind. My driver June was exceptional. On the way back from swimming with the whale sharks. I asked him to take me to eat lechon. He took me to the perfect spot and it was delicious. He was always arrived early to pick me up. Even had to be at the airport very early in the morning. He also fixed the water issue I had quickly.
