The toilet set up , its very small

The staffs are very accomodating and friendly. The rooms are good its quiet, clean and spacious. The location is perfect its near to restaurants and malls

Great view from the window and balcony. Good hot water shower. Clean, comfortable and functional room. Good wifi. Very convenient location at the centre of Tagaytay and near the malls. Walking distance or easy tricycle ride to view-point restaurants.

Toilet is very small. Can hardly move around. There is only one chair in a room for 2 adults. But they provided when I asked for another one. It would be good if there are also chairs to enjoy the balcony.

Jusy one issue with the bathroom door, it was a bit tiny and the door touches the sink when opened so it’s kind of difficult to get in and out

The annoying sound of the exhaust in the bathroom when it was on.

I like that it’s accessible to malls and restaurants and public transport. Those areas are within walking distances.

The hotel provides only 1 pillow/guest unlike almost all other hotels that provide at least 2 pillows. They failed to provide face and hand towels. Being on the 9th we could still hear the noises outside-dogs, laughter, etc.

Great location, avoids unnecessary traffic. Fresh air, not much pollution.

I was a little taken aback at how small the area for the toilet was. The toilet itself was also quite shaky and seemed to need to be fixed in place.

I liked that water is available for guests without having to call for room service. I also liked how accommodating the hotel and its staff were. I also liked that there was a mini fridge inside the room that we could use to keep the drinks we brought cold.

The small bathroom, twin half blinds on the balcony glass door which didn't block out the outside light. Have a way of turning off the television, not just the signal box which when turned off leaves a floating message on the tv about hdmi signal lost.(very annoying) Ask the guests if they'd like a face washer and hand towel because none were provided.

The hotel is quite beautiful, very clean and well situated. The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and professional. There's a few minor things they could do to make their establishment a little better but, all in all, we had a marvellous time and would most definitely stay there again.

The wind was very strong and loud and kept us awake. The food in the hotel was not so good and also quite expensive. Choices are limited.

WiFi is slow with downloads and spotty at times. Not enough selections with dining options. Our room 603 shower drains very slowly resulting with you standing in water. Not enough Lightning in the bathroom and the bathroom fan was extremely loud when in use. The linens need an upgrade very thin and worn out. Tap water had a smell. Recommend using filtered water. Using tags to clean your room was confusing. I purposely did not place it in the door handle yet they cleaned the room anyway.

The staff is polite and friendly. The location was close to the mall and accessible to basic personal necessities, hospital and transportation. The room is clean bed is firm and comfortable
