The bathroom of my room had way too much mold, not hygienic. In the other room I had during a previous stay this was better.

Reports of local street mugging x2 during the visit. Sauna switch inside sauna in dangerous location above the heat source. Needs to be moved outside the sauna cubicle, otherwise fire risk!! Ideally add in temperature control to save energy and more comfortable as tooo hot. 🥵

The desk lamp is busted. One of the hanging lamps is also not working, the security at the lobby is not very nice, and some of the front office staff are not friendly except for those who help me check in. I tried to order food from their kitchen only to receive a call back from them saying that their chef is not yet on duty.  We still enjoyed our stay regardless.

The skyscraper view at the roof deck is nice, we enjoy the food and the service is great. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfy. Also The housekeeping staff who handed me the water is very nice. I was looking forward to stay in a room with a good view tho.

The location I excellent, the place is clean the gym nice, the rooftop terrace beautiful the only disappointment was on this beautiful rooftop very warm wine was served and when asked about it rhe staff was not interested in fact quite rude

The shower drain tended to back back up with water, which can cause water to flood the rest of the bathroom. The air conditioning unit can also drip water if you’re under the unit at the wrong moment.

The room is tastefully decorated, and I really liked the finish on the flooring. The hotel really benefits from a rooftop bar which gives you unspoiled views across Manila and Makati, and is especially magical at night. The hotel is also situated near quite a few food options and the local Shopwise supermarket.

Not so clean, unlike before it was well maintained but now the room is dusty, they didnt change the linens, we can see stains, the towels they provided are old. the room looks very old, they dont have the option of black out curtains, unlike before. When i called antoniettes kitchen to order, the guy who picked up the call was very rude, they should train them grace under pressure if they cannot handle customers during dinner service

The loud Air conditioning unit outside my window, which vibrated. It was cooling the Building not my room. They couldn't relocate me and didn't offer any kind of compensation which was very disappointing. Also cold showers

Service was a bit flaky as we asked for our toilet seat to be fixed, it was wobbly and loose. This didn't happen until the 3rd time of asking on the third day, however it was fixed eventually and everyone was very polite.

Very comfortable beds. Spacious room. Good breakfast, fresh omelette making and various hot dishes. Friendly staff on reception. Location OK, a short walk to restaurants and mall but about 15 to 20 mins walk to nearest metro. We ended up using grab taxi as very reliable and easy
