Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaOur door lock ran out of battery one time so we were locked out briefly. The smart TV uses Chromecast which makes it a little complicated to use and we had so get help to set it up and use. There are no instructions in the room. Loud party on the opposite rooftop on Friday night (from our level - 19). Not hotels fault but still irritating.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was clean. The chilled (or hot) water dispenser on the ground floor is great - no need to waste bottles. TV in room was mounted at a good height for viewing.

United StatesElevator system was slow. Cleaning service upon request was hit/miss. Didn’t even got rid of our trash and was not left with clean towels at all when soiled ones were taken. Even when you saw them on the hallway and requested toilet paper, they couldn’t easily hand you one. Must be inventory system w/ RP. Cleaning staff are kind tho -due to oversight most likely for any misses.
Staff was the best especially the doormen/guards. Absolutely helpful & courteous. Cleaning service was so so. Didn’t get to sleep on out last night, guests next door had loud music on. Desk personnel was responsive when reported but our night was already ruined so was exhausted before taking our flight. Location was great. I can see why the place is a good choice if planning to spend days in BGC. Pretty Walkable to many great restaurants I met some relatives & friends at. Traffic is such a headache, not having to deal with it part of the visit in the Phils was very appreciated.

PhilippinesWhile the television offers casting/mirroring for your gadgets to watch youtube, Netflix etc., it would be a little difficult or inconvenient for users who are unable to cast in their device--in our case, we needed to download an app for casting but still unable to locate it. There was no cable or local channel so we weren't able to use the television at all. The pillows a re a little too soft and becomes flat when used. But the staff were kind enough to provide us with extra pillows to remedy it.
Red Planet is your basic/budget business hotel. Rooms and beds are just right for 2 people. It is clean and very close to convenience stores, McDonalds, a coffee shop (ZUS, Starbucks), Banks and about 7 minute walk to Uptown Parade/Mall and restaurants. It is also around 10 minute walk to Mitsukoshi and Landers supermarket. Parking is available and is convenient. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Water refill is available in the lobby--you just need to bring your own container. Towels and soap are available but there are no slippers and toothbrush, although this is expected for a budget hotel and if you forget to bring some or need one, the hotel offers them for 45 pesos. Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay in for staycation.

United StatesThe only thing that I complained was I asked for a new towel at 8am, nobody came. I asked the front desk again at 9pm then someone came to bring the new towel. Why did it take so long just 1 towel? I booked 3 rooms for my family, it was hard for me to go up to the 15th floor since we were put on the 10th floor. Why in the heck they put us on separate floors if they know it's hard to go to the other floors. The freaking TV is horrible. It's not very user friendly to cast to my device. I tried so many times to connect. They need to do something better than this.
I love the friendly staff.
