Australiano kettle available - u can only borrow the kettle for 15 mins. the water coming from the bathroom faucet is very slow/ little.. aircon is noisy- however I did not mind the noise its making as it sounded to me like a rain hitting the window sill ( so it kinda help me to fall asleep faster- though maybe a problem to most) the safety deposit box was not working.
very friendly staff- from the guard to the info counter guys. close to GMA MRT station - comfortable bed- strong water pressure coming from the shower head. No security deposit required- easy to deal with close to 7/11, puregold and restaurant

PhilippinesI found hair that isn’t mine on the pillows when we arrived the room the first day. The blanket had visible stains despite being cleaned. Maybe you should replace and buy new sheets if stains won’t come off when washing. It just doesn’t look good for customers. Even if the hotel is just a budget friendly hotel, cleanliness is still very important. There were also small cockroaches inside the bathroom. We didn’t eat inside the room so I doubt that it was because of food. The bidet wasn’t working. That’s all. Except for the things I mentioned, our stay was all in all okay and worth the price. It was still a comfortable stay.
It was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked the security guards (the ones in the entrance and the ones helping with parking) they were very very friendly and energetic. :)

United Stateshower was OK, takes a while to heat up. AC is loud. Safe in room, some numbers don't work. One of the elevators were broken. Takes a while to get up. Wifi was biggest disappointment. Very slow, and cuts out. Sometimes just doesn't connect or shuts down randomly. Wifi system needs an upgrade. Going to lobby to have it reset from Floor 11 is a hassle.
Clean. Shower was OK, takes a while to heat up. AC works and room is reasonably cool. Bathroom and room built ok not falling apart. For price of $25, not too bad.

The location is excellent because it is close to the majority of the places I need to visit, and the staff is amazing and extremely attentive and friendly; they are always greeting us with "good morning" and "good afternoon," and, in particular, they were conversing and joking with my elderly father.
