We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesFor the parking, it was mentioned here at booking.com that they have free private parking and there's no need to reserve. When we arrived, they said that parking is "first come, first serve" which is different from what has been stated. If it's "first come, first serve" then that's what they should put in their profile because we were misled. We also reserve a room for 3 pax, but towels were just 2 so we need to request rather than it being pre-prepared. To contact the lobby/customer service, you need to go outside the room which is very inconvenient especially if you're with younger kids. The aircoon is also very noisy same as the ceiling fan which at one point i thought was flyinf off.

Philippines1. Flickering lights along the hallway. Seems that you are in a horror movie while passing. 2. Flush in room 814 has a very noisy, screeching, unpleasing sound while replenishing water. 3. Shower becomes hot to cold and vice versa even without touching the switch/lever. 4. Pillow is too soft and thin. Uncomfortable to use even if you put one on top of each. 5. WIFI connection lost after an hour or so. I had to use my own mobile data even if they said they have free wifi. 6. Only one key card provided. Should be 2, given that the room we got is for 2 persons. 7. No freebies. Slippers or bottled water could've been provided.
I like that the room and bed is clean overall and the staff are good.
