I found that the carpet caused my allergies to act up...because everytime I was out side by the pool or just outside the room in general, my breathing was great. Only when staying in the room did my allergies start.

The staff were like robots and seemed unfriendly unlike the other hotels, I stay at in Cebu. Also, the location is far away from anything.

The hotel is completely isolated. There is nothing (restaurants, taxis, shops, groceries) nearby. For a day or two ok but otherwise a location in the middle of Mactan would be better for more amenities. The shuttle to the beach hotel left either at 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM which wasn't terribly convenient. The menu for the evening wasn't inspiring and the food was nothing special.

The pool area was nice as well as the possibility to use the beach and pool at a sister hotel using a shuttle. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were large and we had a beautiful sea view.

Shower head is mounted permanently. Doesn’t sprinkle evenly. Removable shower head is better option. No complimentary shower cap and milk.

Nice and peaceful location. Enjoyed the serenity. Please fix the shower head in room 7F. The shower head does not sprinkle. It squirts out water mainly in the middle hole of the shower head. Sprinkle is not spread out as the holes are probably blocked. I think it’s best to have a removable shower head rather than a fixed shower head because if a person doesn’t want to wet her/his hair, just have to hold the shower head and wash from the neck down. The hotel doesn’t have a complimentary shower cap, so I had no choice but to wet my hair. Also, there was no complimentary milk in the fridge. Can’t have coffee without milk, so a bit disappointed. The location is great in general as the sea breeze is right by the hotel since the ocean is just a few metres away. The ocean surrounding the hotel truly is breathtaking. Although it’s quite far from the city, the serenity of the location is suited for those who wants to unwind.

Tv ariel wasn't connected door was abit stiff so had to slam to close properly and the entrance is unfinished it was hard to find initially place just wants abit of maintenance and the entrance properly opening up and it could be very nice breakfast was ok a few flys around near the food.

Location was great very nice sea views staff where all very friendly and professional I would stay again but would definitely like to see a few small maintenance issues sorted and the entrance completing

The staff were incredibly thoughtful and brought a cake to my room upon check-in. I had asked if I could bring my own cake, but since outside food isn't allowed, they kindly offered a complimentary cake instead. They even prepared it beforehand, so when I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find the candle already lit

If you like a hard bed, you will be happy, me, I could not sleep it was so hard. Cleaners left behind hairs in bathroom. The place is a little dated but overall pleasant.

If you are after a quote it off the way place, this is good. Restaurant was ok with tasty food and lots of options.

The TV did not have Netflix or youtube, wasnt a bother for me but it was for my girlfriend, other than that it was a relaxing place to be. The shower did not have a heating function at first but the staff was quick to fix that.

The friendly and quirky staff, Shiela and Analyn will make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The view from the hotel room balcony. The food they have to offer is great too. The room had the basic amenities like a fridge and a kettle. Yes the accommodation was quite far but I knew that beforehand and wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

There is many mosquitoes getting around on ground level while eating in the restaurant make sure to wear plenty of bug spray. A big letdown was not being able to swim in the ocean due to all of the Sharp rocks (coral) surrounding the coastline. Air-conditioner filters in our room were very dusty blocked but once we cleaned them, the room was great

All of the staff were so friendly and very helpful, I booked online only one hour before our arrival and was able to check in within 10 minutes of arriving, with a complimentary drink on arrival😊 I love that it was so far away from everywhere else one road in and one road out no busy traffic😊 and the food was delicious.

This is a somewhat difficult review to make because it really depends on what you are looking for. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to get away at good prices then this is a great option. The rooms are clean and modern, aircon works great. The water pressure was low and showering in a bath is something I don't like, but if you like having baths instead this could be seen as a plus. Even though I knew there was no beach I was surprised that they would not allow snorkeling at all. As an experienced freediver this did annoy me, and luckily i was able to find a place to enter just outside the resorts property. Why they would build a hotel in such a prime position and then not have any beach access is beyond me... I found the dinner to be adequate but the breakfast was dismal. No butter on one of the days and stale bread rolls. Catering mostly for Korean and Filipino tastes. I had no issue getting Grabs here at all and really enjoyed the quietness and secluded feel at this place. .

I loved everything! I see most people complain about location so just don’t stay there if you mind taking taxis or driving to get or see anything. This is a place away from things. A place to relax and slow down.

Peaceful and quiet. Great location for peace and quiet but still 15-45 minute drive to anything you need!!!! Located at the end of the island.

Only downside is the location, its a bit too far from everything and you cant walk anywhere.
