SerbiaWe got a room on the top floor next to the exit to the fire road where there is no door, music can be heard in the room until 4 am. The breakfast is not good. They charged us for extra cleaning of the sheets because they found 2 small drops of blood.

PhilippinesThere were only two pillows and they were quite thin. When we asked for more they wanted to charge 75 pesos each. It felt a bit stingy to us. Breakfast was brought to our room which we weren't expecting as we thought we would eat in the restaurant. When it arrived it was already cold.
The room was a good size and clean with everything you'd expect for the price. The location is perfect with many shops and restaurants across the street.

It's right across LG walk garden; restaurants and 7-eleven are very accessible. They got room service massage. The massage therapists were great!

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant and warm. It immediately gave a sense of homely comfort and relaxation. What stood out the most was the attitude of the staff—they are true professionals, always smiling and ready to help with any questions. It feels like they genuinely care about making sure guests are as comfortable as possible. The hotel's location is also very convenient: everything you need is nearby, which makes traveling much easier. The room was great—spacious and cozy.

United KingdomNo social area. Air con was next to useless. Breakfast, provided by the cafe next door, was very hit and miss. Some days it was under cooked. The layout of the bathroom was questionable. When we showered, the whole room was drenched!
Reception staff, on the whole, were great. Except when I asked for someone to help with cases on checkout day, and was told to just use the lift. However, once I asked if he was refusing to help, suddenly he became polite and apologetic. Room was clean, but basic.
