When I booked in this app, I had an impression that the price mentioned (with included tax) was all that I was going to pay for, but there was an added 12% VAT which was a bit of a downer.🤷‍♂️

I felt the breakfast could have been better for the price added price.

I felt the breakfast could have been better, but overall, it was a very nice place. The staff is great! Very helpful and very happy. Good location near The US Embassy and Manila Sea Park and a large Mall. Grab App orders for food and taxis were very quick.

While the breakfast was excellent, we had leftovers because my son didn't feel like eating - and asked to take them out. The manager on duty, in one of the most questionable displays I have experienced, appointed a young waitress to give us a scolding for this outrage, but relented and had our food packed anyway - however, in what might have been a sleight or just carelessness, a delicious piece of dessert got packed together with some beef effectively ruining both. Facilities were also cold throughout - the halls were unusually cold, and we were given an equally strange explanation (it had rained "the days before"). Generally, we were given minimal paid-for comfort during our stay, and hotel staff made a point of making as little exceptions as possible - somewhat subtly communicating that we were just *moderately* welcome. I've never had that anywhere else.

Nice facilities with a swimming pool, large room, a lovely restaurant. The welcome drink was a nice touch, the staff was professional and generally courteous.

I just love the overall ambience of the Hotel

The Location is great. with the access to other restaurant near by. The Dining inside of hotel is also also great. nd the food is very good so you really do not have to go out to eat.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I felt like there were a lot of new staff who struggled a little. They got there in the end, but nervous and clearly unsure in the job. Not a huge deal and they got there in the end 😉

We were located on the 20th (which wasn’t a problem) but all night we could hear music from a nearby club. If we could hear it 20 floors up, I can’t imagine what the noise would be like for the lower floors. The floor throughout the hotel is also very expensive. The dinner buffet is over 1500 peso per person, which is very expensive compared to the surrounding islands (we’ve paid 1500-1700 pesos for dinner for two people for the last 3 weeks).

Nice pool area, restaurant serves good dinner and breakfast buffet. Lots of choice. Staff are amazingly friendly.

Our stay at be Sheraton Manila bay was super awesome. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and attentive. We felt like we were special guest of the hotel. A special thanks goes to the chef at the kitchen who created masterpiece dishes for my parents, also huge thanks to the dining staff, who were always there, without you having to look for someone.
