The price for a room was too much for the amenities. The rooms were small and simple and you even had to pay extra for a towel. The bar/restaurant was expensive and you couldn't see the sunset from there. The location wasn't good either since you had to walk 25 minutes to town or pay 100 pesos for a tricycle.

The staff was very nice and the hostel facilities were sufficient.

We had a bad experience at the restaurant, where we were largely ignored, especially by one waiter, who for example when my husband asked to see a menu just pointed in the direction and said that they were over there. The staff seemed friendly and attentive to the rest of the guests, so we felt very unwelcome and wondered why. We of course paid the obligatory service fee of 10 percent and they kept our change, but we went to bed with a feeling of not really having been given that service, nor enjoyed being there. It was really a pity as the hostel staff was so helpful and nice.

The receptionist helped us book a tour and to organize our luggage as we were changing hotels the same morning as the tour. When we came back from the tour, we could just go straight to our room where our luggage already was. The room was nicely decorated and we slept well there and appreciated the air condition. Though the price was higher than other towns we have stayed in, it wasn't humid inside the room as our other hotel in El Nido and there was no smell from the bathroom.

you really can find others hostels better for this price. the breakfast is not included, towels neither, or you have to rent it if you want one. i think that you only pay for the location on the beach and the name of the hostel because it’s famous in el nido.

The lock on the door is ridiculous, and the shower and tap flow too slow.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, good AC, excellent and fast laundry service. The bar is quite pleasant with a view of the sea and closes at 11pm to avoid noise pollution, which is appreciated.

The bathrooms often didn’t have toilet roll. The dorm rooms were ok but very cramped. Not much room. It’s 100 php ride into town so not the best location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The sunset bar was vibey and a goof place to hang out but the 241 cocktails are expensive, even for El Nido.

The bedroom is small, you don't have much space to open your luggage, it was very common the guests open their luggage in the corridor because of the absence of space. The fans were very small and even with all of them on, the room still stays a bit warm. Also, when I got sick I went to the reception to ask something and even before I finish my question, the girl I was talking to said she couldn't help me because she was already out of her duty, however the reception was supposed to be still on when I got there. Anyways, a bit of empathy would be nice.

The beds and bathrooms are good. The hostel has a nice vibe, they have a really nice area upstairs and lounge. One of the nights I got really sick and two of the staffs were very kind to me giving some meds and being attentive.

I been stay 5 nights at this hostel, they didn’t clean the room at all, you need pay for the towels, also the shower of my room didn’t work. the prices of the bar they’re to high with the rest of el Nido. The distance it’s like 30 min walk from the city if you are alone the tuk tuk price between 100 and 150 pesos. For new years they didn’t have any breakfast or water was so bad. Plus you can’t paid with card on the bar. When all other hostel have card payments.

there is literally no space/no surfaces to put any of your stuff. as a solo traveller you make do, but it's not for everyone. all in all it wasn't my personal cup of tea in terms of vibes and the price for the queen bedroom was a bit steep.

staff at front desk was helpful. nice being on a beach for a couple of nights, away from town chaos. the room was sufficiently comfortable for a solo traveller such as I.

The only issue I had with the hostel was that the music played at the bar was very loud every night and didn't suit the location in my mind (club and house music). You could hardly hear each other speak there from sunset onwards.

Location was good for getting in and out of town. The hostel backed right onto a lovely little beach. The private rooms were great with large bathrooms. The staff were more than helpful, and very attentive.

I was traveling alone, initially I stayed in a very hot room without air conditioning, I ate something that made me sick, I asked to be moved and they were super helpful, not only in changing my room to one with air conditioning, but they also helped me by buying food and medicine . The guy at reception is lovely, I had a good stay.

No hostel activities

Nice and clean rooms and facilities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good location, only 10 min with tricycle from the city centre and the beach is less crowded there. The lounge has an amazing view on the sunset and serves good food and drinks. Thank you Leonard, Paolo, Josh, Mitch and the rest of the team!
