Loved the pool and close proximity to restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

Our room was nice and in a newly remodeled area of the hotel. However our sink was leaking water, and when we woke up in the morning the AC had water running down our wall and floor. We let the front desk know about our room, they came in very quickly but left quicker because nothing was repaired.

Very clean, staff very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was still being renovated or looked like it was unfinished. Other building works going on opposite the hotel, they would make noise at random hours and would be banging / hammering at night time.

The hotel was situated on a busy road but convenient for shops and other restaurants nearby.

Hotel seams rundown and not maintained well. The rooms without windows are moist and moldy. The rooftop is not inviting or nice as in photos. The pool water is not clean.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The room with balcony was good. Breakfast was ok.

Our aircon kept having errors where we had to switch the electric off multiple times to get it back on. The rooms also had doorbells and in the night people walking by (unsure if kids) would ring the doorbell for no reason.

Fantastic rooftop, with a pool and lots of sun loungers. Breakfast included in the morning. Staff were lovely.

Wi-Fi it too slow. There was no TV in our room, not even a window. No water dispenser, even though there was housekeeping everyday, our water was not refilled nor replaced so we bought our own. WiFi doesn't reach the pool area. We were told that a staff would provide towels for the pool, but there was no available staff in the rooftop. Pool is not that big, good thing there was only two of us swimming there. Don't think the pool can accommodate all of the guests if the hotel is fully booked. Hotel slippers looks dirty and old.

Stunning view on their rooftop pool. Breakfast was plated but tasted good. Has an elevator so its easier to go up ang down from your room. Location is reasonably accessible, its along the highway. Staff are accommodating, trustworthy and kind. We chose 2 hotels for our trip and the night before our check out, staff was kind enough to ask about our transpo to the airport as there was a current checkpoint from the LTO but we were just gonna change hotels. They also clean our room every day without us requesting it so our towels are changed on a daily basis. Room and bathroom is spacious.

Air conditioning was a bit weak and could only be felt when laying in front of it. We left the cleaning light on our room but still had to ask for it to be cleaned a couple of times.

The room was very big, with two double beds and a nice modern bathroom with large shower. The rooftop and pool area was good for sunbathing, swimming and watching the sunset. View of Mt Tapyas from rooftop. Breakfast was fine and able to pre order. About 10 minutes walk to main bars/restaurant area but there are still some amenities surrounding the hotel.

Check in was a nightmare. Got checked into the wrong room, unpacked to be told to move. We moved unpacked to find the shower was broken squirting water over the glass panel. So had to move again, we were then upgraded which was appreciated. The hotel were really helpful with arrange transport to airport shared van 250pp, they agreed to make sure breakfast was ready at bang on 6:30, so we could eat before we go. We arrived breakfast was not ready until 6:45, which was our pick up time. Overall this hotel seems chaotic and not organised. It needs a proper sort out if it wanted to be a decent hotel as it has potential

Property has free breakfast - however the breakfast is okay, but simple and small portions. The fruit juice is powdered which comes with it. It is nowhere near as good as other places. You have to also pre-order breakfast before 10pm Property has pool which worked. AC in room okay. All instructions in Chinese which is ridiculous. Please be cautious, superior rooms have no windows. I’d avoid a no window room as it feels like a prison. Due to lots of mistakes we got upgraded to balcony room which was much better. This hotel is on a busy road, so some noise but not bad at night once the rush hour has settled. Considering this is a new hotel, it looks old and everything looks worn. Could of been a really amazing hotel Overall we liked our spacious balcony room

The room has literally plastic walls so it is very hot, it has AC so you can cool it but then once you are back is hot again. The hotel pool, bar and some other places are still in construction.

The service is very good, great location walking distance from shops, pharmacy and Coron Downtown, good for the price.

Breakfast offer and a food quality require a serious revision. Also rooftop swimming pool require attention and shading. Umbrellas don't get well with the wind so no shade in 40 degrees.

Modern and comfortable room and bathroom. A balcony is a plus to dry swimming suit. Loved cosmetics in the bathroom. Perfect location in the city center. Very helpful staff.

A necessary addition to the rooms needs to be a fridge….. I was quite surprised as the hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant or cafe and the rooms with a balcony are VERY hot in the afternoons. So something to keep just water cold should be an option!!

Generally the hotel is well located and clean with a very limited breakfast. It has a pool on the 6th floor which is a bonus!

The breakfast is overly salty and oily. The last day they completely messed up our order so we had two breakfasts instead of three and they wanted to charge extra for a hotdog on one of the plates and the pancakes they brought out had mold in them. It seems the staff try but have their hands tied. I blame management. Also, there’s a communication Problem here unless you have a translator and I was surprised to find out they don’t accept credit cards here so if you’re paying bring lots of cash

Rooms are new and clean but surprised there are no TVs in any rooms. Our air conditioner was broken in our original room and they were going to move us to a different room but the sewage smell is very bad in that room with no windows but thankfully they fixed the Aircon and we were able to go back to our original room. So the staff was trying.

The pool is a tank but the terrace is nice, breakfast is very very basic, and for a new hotel it already looks old. One lift doesn't work, hotel doesnt seem to have been finished in some areas, And it's all made chinese hotel, even the toilet paper is coming from China. If like me, you try to avoid chinese products and to finance their geopolitical attitude, then i suggest pick something else

The beds were rock hard and pretty uncomfortable. We were there a week and housekeeping never came by - we had to ask for more soap, towels, toilet paper (which they ran out of...) Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment in comparison to other locations I've been to in SE Asia. There was a limited menu and you had to pick one of the options on the menu the night before.

Great location, near a bunch of things and close to town but not right in town so that it was quiet at night. Air conditioning worked fantastic and was great to cool off in. Great rooftop area with a pool and plentiful chairs, plus awesome view of the sunset at night. Staff was awesome!

Quality of drinks for breakfast, missing cold water dispenser or mini-bar in the room . Only courtains, no drapes so people from street could see in room during daytime
