First of all, when stayed we experienced brownout for about 15-20 minutes, which was unpleasant since we just got back from outside to charge our phones. Thankfully, I brought my own power bank just in case. Secondly, there was a large spider on the room. Even though we are not afraid of arachnids, it is bothersome for other guest that has a phobia of spiders. Third, hot shower is somewhat cold. It is bothersome most especially that the location is cold, which is known on Baguio. Fourth, bed is it itchy. It may have a bed bugs since whenever we lay down on the bed, we got rashes. Fifth, the free wifi is not even working. Tried multiple times but unfortunately it was not able to push through so we have to used our mobile data which has a terrible connection as well. Signal is bad. Sixth, channels from the television is not working. No proper set up. Seventh, we booked online which has a breakfast included but unfortunately the receptionist advices us that if the booking was done online there will be no free breakfast included. Eighth, no outside is food is fine since we can eat on the inside of our own room. The problem is, there was no table on the room for us to eat inside. Lastly, pictures advertised from online booking are different on the actual room.

    Good scenery.

Hotel looks very modern from outside but inside could use renovation; it wasn’t particularly clean. Also one has to climb a lot of steep stairs as the hotel is perched on the cliff top.

Accessible via the best road up to Baguio it is on the very west side of town so away from the busiest part. It is the closest hotel to the Pinewoods golf course and the views are spectacular. Staff were very helpful.

they have given me an old room which is not properly cleaned on the bathroom and the space was not good for 2.. they have given other couple big rooms but for us completely small.. i have to request for a room transfer but they dont allow it until i force them due to our room was dirty. the hotel also is over pricing.. its very expensive and they are over pricing on the amenities like the pillow 100 per extra pillow plus 100 every night your using it.. incomplete on the sanitary wares.

I think the rooms need to be more cleaned especially the toilet and the towels. Also, the tile flooring is slippery especially it it’s wet, need to be extra careful. But, on the positive side, when I ask to change the room into better location; the manager agree, Kodus to her. Job well done.

The staffs are all accommodating, they are so kind also.

We definitely loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is exceptional especially when we had our breakfast in their cafe where you get to see a scenic view of Baguio. Considering the affordable price, you already get a 5-star service. The location is far from the center, though (Session Road, etc.) so for those who will go without a car, can just ask or negotiate with taxi drivers to pick you up at the hotel to the location you want to go to.

Originally, we were given a room for a big group. But the room has that awful smell that I had to ask them to give us a different room. We were given 2 separate rooms which is okay. The heater in the bathroom does not work properly and washroom is not clean. Also, the location is a little bit far from the city. We didn’t have a car so booking a ride to get out is a hassle.

Room is nice but i recommend them having air purifier to avoid the mould. I just don't like the staff not insisting to ask. We arrived early at the property and even requested for an early check in. I know it's subject to availability. They said when we arrived the room is still occupied around 7am so we went out and back at 12nn since check out time is 12nn everything was set at quarter to 1 but we were advised that check in time will be 1:30-2pm. Then we saw the signage early check in will be charged for 500pesos. I asked the staff, why didn't we informed we are willing to pay knowing that we went for a night long drive. It's just so frustrating they let us wait for how many hrs knowing that we could check in with an additional charge. Take note, we have a 1 yr old child with us! I asked them to change the bed sheets as it smells mould since no air purifier. They acknowledged my request but didn't do it for the whole stay! God. Food is over priced but the quality is cheap. Breakfast is ranging 200-250 per meal. We ordered longsilog cheap taste. Tastes like a 50 peso longsilog in manila. Bangsilog was awful it was overdue, our tongue got itchy cause of aged fish. Danggitsilog is fine. Homemade pancake is awful tastes like flour. The coffee is 1000/10 it was so good. That's the only reason we'll go back there. Lol hot choco is fine. Nothing special. But still over priced. We could eat at good restaurants with that price, tho at least we learned hehe.

I love the place, quiet and peaceful. I love the vibe. It's a bit far from the center but they will help you get a cab for a fixed rate. Good for people who wants to stay away from a city life.

We arrived at around 4 PM and yet the room is very untidy and has this gloomy vibe. Bedsheets were dirty (stains, hairs and dust), windows full of dust and comfort room is dirty too. We asked them to clean it but after cleaning the first time they were not able to removed the dirt. We asked for another room however it is the same. They cleaned it 3x but still the same, it was very unpleasant stay for us. The stay is not cheap and yet the quality of their rooms and service is poor. They need to trained their staffs with standard cleaning principles and maybe how to attend guest. They are not friendly, you cant hear them say “good morning sir/mam”, I dunno the whole customer service vibe is nonexistent to this place. Kudos to Kuya Bong though, he is very friendly and accomodates are car transfer request.

Best view of Mountains and very quiet place.
