We had to get another staff to give us our check. We also didn’t get the item we ordered but is charged for it. No apology whatsoever just a gaze.
Great location! Friendly front desk staff.

I didn't have idea how it looks I never touched the blower pouch. And I'm the person who never use the blower I'm not the blower person I rather let my hair wet. It's so annoying!!!! Be aware next time it's better Check the items what you have in your room, or take the picture before you use the rooms.
I like the bed and spacious room, comfortable bed. And the breakfast just so simple.

Noticed that outside glass doors/windows by the elevator needed cleaning. The hotel still being new needed better cleaning.
Attentive and friendly staff, great location, decent breakfast, ample parking and bed was comfortable.

But they quickly changed it Limited water, knowing athletes were there for the triathlon, they should have given a more water as hydration is so important in triathlon

I like the spacious room & the comfy bed and pillows”The connecting room where my mother was staying had a problem with the toilet flush; the sliding door of the rest room locks by itself and difficult to open. Their air condition unit was dripping so the floor was always wet.
I like the size of the room and they have comfortable beds and pillows.
