Good studio very near the airport. The bed was so comfortable. And the communication with Peter super easy and clear. Recommandation!

- Nice pool but it is way to cold - Very noisy and annoying Aircon - A little far from everything - Sliding door im the shower was not working - Apartment is on the ground level, therefore a lot of people are passing by which can be noisy - The light from ouside is shining in the whole night, blinds are not able to ban it

- Near from airport if you arrive late - Check-in is possible 24/7 - Comfy bed apart from being a little to short - Smart TV available - Secure area with guards - There is a small gym

Excellent location nearby the airport. The suite is very clean and comfortable for 1 night stay. Hotel was very easy to check into and the host was very easy to contact. The minibar was a great addition.

Not the cleanest place, hadn’t been registered as a guest so security wasn’t expecting us. It’s good for a cheap one night stay pre or post flight as near airport but was glad to be leaving.

A NOISY MODERN A/C , VARIABLE FAN SPEED ON OTHER SETTINGS BUT NOT ON A/C , SLEPT WITH A PILLOW OVER HEAD TO DAMPEN THE NOISE . OWNER ARRANGED AN OUT OF HOUR INSPECTION BY HIS CLEANER TO NO AVAIL .

You can hear the sound of the other person in the other room. The design in the toilet seems to be very old and the materials are rusty.

The property is the nearest one you could get from the airport. It is very near and clean. You get value for your money. You can hear the sound on the other room.

Was good for us for an overnight stay while connecting. Variety of F&B options just next door. Close to the airport, walkable or short taxi ride. Good value for money and great contact with host.

The Host is really nice and made am effort to ensure that everything works smoothly. The Check-In worked well and the room was nice, clean and well furnished. The short distance to the airport makes it very convenient for a stay when you have an really early flight or need to sleep somewhere during a long stop over.

Guard wasn't made aware in advance that we were coming. So it took 20+ minutes to get checked in.

Comfortable little studio apartment, only a 90p, 10 minute Grab ride from the airport. Nice bed & linens, breakfast restaurant and little store right across the street.

Room was too close to reception and walkway, first night I heard people chatting in the reception, there was a wet/moist smell coming from the toilet maybe some moisture stuck somewhere.

Real value for money. The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating with last-minute arrangements that I had to make. I would definitely keep this on top of my list when I visit Cebu in the future.
