We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyComing from Italy, I think that the beds were not too comfortable: the mattress was too soft and the pillows too full. However, I've gathered that it is the standard in Poland.
It was in a very good location, close to the station and the old town's border. The place was modern and well-equipped. Particularly nice was the free water dispenser on every floor. The receptionists were very professional and kind.

RomaniaThe hotel doesn`t have its own parking. We parked our car on the street, paying the fee by card at the ticket machine close to the hotel. You have to be very careful at the parking duration you select. The bathroom doesn`t offer privacy (the door has holes).
The city is beautiful and has many places to visit. We appreciated the pancakes and the pierogi ruskie (cottage cheese dumplings). Road taxes in Poland are paid at certain paypoints along the highways. The hotel is located in the center, close to the tourist attractions. The food is good and the people nice. The staff was very polite and helpful.
