That we had to leave.

The breakfast was served until 11am. There was an excellent choice of wonderful food and drink and lots of it. The restaurant was a relaxing and beautiful place to enjoy a lovely dinner served by a helpful and caring waiter who also advised us on our last day's activities, much appreciated.

Breakfasts were amazing, we were warmly greeted each morning by Aneta, whose friendliness and helpfulness stood out. Aneta’s kindness truly made our stay even more memorable.

Nothing to complain about really, except the limited variety of tv channels.

Luxurious rooms with top quality materials, super clean and comfortable mattress and pillows. The spa area with the heated pool and sauna also top class. Location is very convenient.

Less furniture in the room would have helped. We had a lot of chairs and stools which we had to keep moving around to get to the sink, to the mirror, to the sockets.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to the old town. The Hotel was cosy, warm and welcoming after being out in the cold.

What a fabulous hotel! The photos are amazing but the hotel is even lovelier in real life. The staff are all so helpful and my god the food is delicious! We are definitely coming back!

There were no alternative good restaurants located nearby and after a day of sightseeing the old town seemed a little too far although it is only about 15 minutes walk.

Very elegant and sophisticated decor and facilities. The 5 star restaurant included traditional meals with a modern twist. Very comfortable and quiet room.

Well, it is slightly away from the old town and in case of rain or snowfall it matters .

Just where it is located can get a bit scary on the nighttime if walking out with people harassing you on the streets which obviously is no fault of the hotel but it is a beautiful hotel but just not in a good looking surroundings outside

Absolutely stunning, inside and out. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. Facilities were incredible including the hotel bar downstairs. We loved everything about the hotel including how close it is from the old town square. Food in the hotel restaurant was out of this world absolutely phenomenal

Only issue we had was the deposit we had to put down when we checked in. Although the hotel had sent an email telling you that you had to pay a deposit , it was at the very end of a very long email that i hadn't read as it was telling you about booking the restaurant etc which i wasn't interested in. It needed to be at the beginning in big writing. It was for £400 so rather a lot to come out of your account when you wasn't expecting it. No mention of that when booking through booking.com.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was my birthday whilst there and they had put a bottle of bubbly in our room to celebrate. Our last day we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us the biggest breakfast bag i had ever seen, it was so full we had to give 3/4 of it back. It was within walking distance of the bus stop for the airport, literally 2 mins. 10 mins into the centre of town, very central to everything. Would stay there again definitely.

Luxurious and clean rooms, amazing staff who go above and beyond. Facilities are great and place was stunningly decorated over Christmas. I’ve 3 teenage daughters who absolutely loved the place too!
