It was on the 4th floor, which should have been indicated in the original booking. There was not the usual hostel reception desk with lots of information or msps etc., but I had a pleasant stay, and felt safe and warm here, even in the middle of winter.

The location was excellent, and it was a clean and cosy place to stay.

Was a wonderful stay - totally worth the money. Had a nice clean common use kitchen with several appliances. Showers are clean and equiped with hair dryers. And there is public parking right next to the location, free of charge besides 9am-6pm. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The price was the same as other apartments available in better locations, and with your own bathroom and your own washing machine (they are very nice to let you pay to use the machine when it is free). For continuity after booking a Sunday night I chose to continue my stay rather than stay somewhere better. They messed me around as though I was a naive salesman’s dream and bumped up the price of this hostel room to more than other options we had that I’ve stayed before. And all sorts of bullshit that was frankly ridiculous. But if you aren’t familiar with Wrocław they are fantastically convincing and talented in playing around with each client and trying to bump up the price and telling you that you are getting a good deal. Utterly crazy and very disappointing

Some things didn't function quite as well as they should, for example, taps at the hand basins, drainage of the showers. Pillow was rubbish. Kitchen area was hogged in the evening by what appeared to be permanent residents/regulars.

The hostel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Mattress was very comfy! The location was quite convenient.

The room is unlock, during my stay there was a guy suddenly open the door many times to talk to his friend in the room. Even I looked at him many times to tell it wasn't right, but still. There was no privacy for this case.

Even though the bed is designated, but the locker is not, so that makes two people have one locker, only until the next day people check out then we have another locker. The shower room doesn’t have a hanger.

The bed includes a light, electric outlet, and curtain. The hostel is close to the center.

No room key so potentially anyone could walk in even tho I book a female only. Showers were hand held and lack of hooks to hang things.

Cheap laundry and drying racks available. Staff were friendly and spoke some english. Curtains on bunks!!!! And a personal light and socket.

Sometimes it was noisy during the night quiet hours and the some of the showers were quite unclean, with just shower curtains instead of lockable cubicles.

Our private room was comfortable and there was a 24/7 reception with friendly English-speaking staff.

Pillows, duvets have bad smell that must be washed or replaced. I guess it was a common toilet for all, cuz in toilet I saw a period blood which was quite nasty. Some taps in shower did not work, flashing in the third toilet is not working.

Not social at all, you couldn’t really sit in the common room as I guess the owner’s family lives there too (I think, that’s my assumption) and use the common room/kitchen as living room and have the TV up really loud. But I was only there one night so maybe not always like this. Good for a one night stay but not the place to meet people.

Good location about 10 minute walk from the train station. Easy to find, and beds were comfortable with curtains. Bathrooms were good with plenty of showers and toilets. Good for a quick stay.
