Rather pay more and be safe and comfortable

Absolutely nothing , I was there 3 times because unfortunately I am travelling to Warsaw every month for school . However the experience every time was bad but the recent one in July was just beyond me ….. came in , not polite staff , I payed for a bed for 2 nights and next day when I left to school I left my bag under the bed where I slept and when I came back at 6pm my bag was thrown at the reception which no word of explanation, took my bag and went to the bed I slept in night before , 20 minutes later ….. I think manager of the place stormed into the room no knocking started shouting at the room and staring at me talking in some languages making me feel horrible and felt like a person who robbed something or shouldn’t be there , 1 minute later the cleaner came in looked at the room around and just looked at me , when I asked what’s wrong ? She completely ignored me and left the room closing the door ….. if I was anyone I wouldn’t even bother with this place so what is cheaper ? If you feel absolutely horrible there and not safe

I booked a hostel for two nights as I was visiting Warsaw for concert. When I was back to the hostel after the concert during the night (for the second night), my stuff was taken out of my bed in the same room and someone else was sleeping in my bed. Nobody was accessible, staff did not respond. The cleaner confirmed that the manager just simply put my stuff from the bed and given the bed away to someone else. The staff was not in the hostel and was not available. I asked for a refund explaining the whole situation and saying i had a confirmation from the cleaner and photographic proof, they simply said that they have provided good service. For the first time such a horrible experience at the hostel.

I made a reservation for late checkin and due to connection issues i called the property to make sure the app had registered my late arrival. Person who picked up the phone only spoke polish and hang up on me when not understanding me. I also messaged them on the booking app as soon as i got connection and no answer. I called again to the hostel and no one picked up, also from booking they tried to help me but they were imposible to reach. I was left in the street for the night as no one was answering calls, messages or anything. After such events booking client service understood the terrible situation and tried to help me get a refund, the hostel did not agree. Terrible experience.

Toilets were not good and cleaned; flush was not working properly. Only one cooking stove out of 4 was working in the kitchen. Proper bed sheets not given. Not good with the price.

There were many False or Older Reviews which stated rude behavior of the staff and many negative things , but now its very very much better as the owners changed , Perfect Room and service , just next to the tram station , They also have a CUTE DOG named BUCKS , Overall amazing Experience . The neighborhood is unsafe. The low price unfortunately attracts random people who are not traveling anywhere, but have stayed on the street, drunk or stoned. The whole bathroom needs renovation, it is squalid. The beds are metal and one move wakes everyone up. In general It is better to pay 15/20% more and spend the night in a different climate.

Showering is a pain- only one working shower when I stayed, and quite small. The rooms fit a lot of people, so it is quite noisy.

Great location- though far from center, there is a mall 20 minutes away by walking. The rooms and kitchen area are spacious and cozy. Lounge area is small but comfortable. The staff is wonderful, keeping the rooms very very clean.

Traveled on business. When making the reservation, I indicated that I was traveling with my colleag, and noted that there would be a late check-in. That was successful agreed by hostel via booking. When we arrived, no one was waiting for us. It was not possible to reach the staff via specified phone number. Than I had found someone of staff. The sleepy receptionist behaved aggressively. Screamed. Demanded an additional payment of PLN 100, while the full price of the accommodation was paid through the booking. When I gave him a passport for registration of residence, I heard in response: Ah, from Ukraine, everything is clear! In addition, Russian radio was constantly playing at the reception desk. And this is in Poland, at a time when Russia is waging a brutal war against the Ukrainian people. In a word, the hostel worker spoiled the mood and left the worst impression of the stay at the accommodation.

staff wasn't very helpful, both when I checked in (I only received very minimum of information - this is kitchen, which has been pointed out to me only because we've been passing next to it, and this is your bed - over), and also in the night, when my roomies (Ukrainian workers staying in the hostel for a longer period of time from my understanding), who decided to have a sit down in the room, with beer, music and particulary smelly fish until late hours of the night and did not understand the concept of a dorm and curfew/quiet time). Faicilities (ktichen/bathroom) worn out / broken

the best I can say about this hostel is that it was cheap and suitably located for the purpose of my trip (mostly places around Praga, tram stop was a stone throw away). I guess I couldn't have expected more for this price

The room was unclean, full of stinky, weird people. The bathroom was messy, I was disgusted. The owner was helpful but hard to find. I often book a bed for one night in shared dormitories and have to confess this one was the worst and the most disgusting I've ever been. Photos uploaded on booking.com probably were taken freshly after they had opened the hostel and since that nothing has been changed nor cleaned!

Close to groceies and railway station Warszawa Wschodnia. I received fresh bed sheets.

We stayed in the Cloud Hostel for two nights. Hostel well connected with public transport. Tram stop 2 minutes away from the Hostel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Internet connection is very good. You can do skayp calls. The Hostel has well equipped kitchen. Manager was so kind to let as early check-in. Thank him very much!
