Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Poland- Elevators (realistically 2 full-range elevators for the entire facility), waiting for the elevators was so annoying that it ruined the entire vacation experience - Service in restaurants (lazy, pretended not to see you) - Room service (they cleaned the room once in six nights, and still were able to come and tell you to leave the room, because just now will pretend to clean it) - à la carte restaurant (meals were unpalatable, some of them small but expensive - basically the only successful dishes were hamburger and ice cream)
- breakfasts - pool - animation for children - attractions (game room, fun room) - localization

BelgiumSofa bed is too small for children of 8 and 11 years. Sofa bed had to be prepared ourselves upon arrival in a 5 star hotel. Limited sound proof rooms. Very noisy airco. Elevators waiting times are significant during the day. Very limited English speaking staff at reception or in bar/pool area. Parking system is a mess. Driving in and out requires each time reception regularisation and additional tickets despite advance number plate registration. Very noisy and crowded breakfast area. Panorama restaurant closed for several days during our stay and therefore limited à la carte dinner options. Unclear billing at the end. Cash payment of some environmental cost without showing on the bill. No further explanation at check-out.
Panoramic view from breakfast area and balcony. Quick service at reception. Swift reply of parking request ahead of our stay. Breakfast choice was sufficient. Stylish hotel decoration. Free electric vehicle charging. Nice and clean pool area. Indoor gaming zone.

PolandNot enough lifts, you sometimes wait for over 5 minutes and they keep coming completely full. Management staff is good but regular employees need training - not a 5 start service experience. Examples: after asking for pizza with no cheese and tomato instead I was told it's going to be hard to do it - I do not think this is such a difficult request at all.. At times there would be 5 staff at the lobby bar with only 2 tables there and A watch left in the restaurant went missing... Giving benefit of a doubt though hoping someone will hand it in finally. Having to pay for a cot was a huge surprise - never been asked that at 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Staff instructed to go round breakfast and upsell additional drinks - really confusing and they do not make it clear that these cost extra. Typically already at 4 star places you have meals made to order at no cost. No coffee machine in the room - only instant coffee :/
Beautiful views, a lot of facilities at the hotel for kids. We were able to keep busy all day and managed to relax even though travelling with a toddler. Kitchen prepared special meals for our son who has a few allergies - really tasty meals too.

SpainKids club is only operating during weekends and school holidays. It is not clear in advertisement which states kids club is open from 7am till 11pm. Only when dug deep on hotel's website it says about seasonal opening. Definitely misleading. What's called aquapark is literally one slide and baby's pool with pirate ship in it. Probably more suitable for families with toddlers than school kids. No toiletries in the bathroom apart from one bottle of shower gel/shampoo which is stuck to the wall by the sink, weird solution. No slippers to accompany the bathrobes.
Lots of facilities for children, all kept and maintained well. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Adults only zones are great and relaxing. Comfy rooms. No queues eventhough hotel is HUGE (please mind I stayed during low season mid April).

United Kingdomwaiting time for elevators are just insane , frustrated people all around those elevators. Probably would be so much more better if they add extra 4 more because it’s just makes me not going back again. Going A to B inside just takes way too long time.
lots of activities for kids and some of the stuff member were super helpful but not everyone.

PolandAt 1600 PLN for a family suit it was a rip off. Extra charges for parking, for a crib, for sheets for the gold out couch. The room was just felt cold at supposedly 20 C and hard to crank it up. The staff is all imported from across the world so not many speak Polish/or poor English. The restaurant is sub par for the area. More mass feeding than quisine. Little variety. Room service was ok but limited selection. Water in the pool was almost caustic to children's skin and a bit on the cool side. Not cold but could be better for the jacuzzi and kids pond. For the cash they charge you would expect a VIP service , what you get is cattle herding. Absolutely not worth it.
It's a major hotel. The kids playroom and it's staff was great. The pool was warm and sizable. Parking garage co located with the room floors was handy. It's views are great.

Czech Republic- Bed was not prepared for our child, just bed linen on the sofa with expectation of us to setup the bed and put bedsheets on, etc. Disaster.. - No separate shower gel, shampoo and conditioner at all, my wife was really upset.. - Arrogant manager at reception trying to convince us that it is Polish 5* hotel and if we want real 5* the. we need to pay for upgrade… - Balcony views to another balconies reminded me about communist panel houses

PolandMold in the shower; the absence of a separate shampoo, hair conditioner, and the soap; dirty towel, elevators (need to wait for ages), grumpy/slow/often disoriented waiters in the lobby bar
The location of the hotel, saunas, the pool, outside jacuzzi, breakfast, no queues for food, a bowl and a bed for dog, the view from the bedroom, comfy bed, nice restaurant.

Poland1) This hotel does not meet its 5* category. It is overbooked - the facilities are not sufficient for the amount of guests. At times it is not even possible to use the elevators. 2) The level of staff service is mediocre. It was a problem to get an extra towel at the pool when I asked for it. The á la carte waiters are not meeting the 5* hotel restaurant service. The receptionist didn’t even ask if we enjoyed the stay when checking out. 3) This is not a pet friendly hotel - dogs (even small ones) are not allowed to the á la carte restaurant or to the breakfast area. The explanation of the staff that some guests don’t want dogs there is not good enough. In such case a separate area should be planned for dog owners. 4) The quality of materials used for the interior is not what you would expect from a 5* hotel.

NetherlandsThe elevators were drama. With babies who are still in a buggy, the stairs (9 floors) are not an option. The lift capacity is below average in relation to the number of guests. Everyone is sighing and complaining. The parking is quite pricey if you stay here for 2 weeks. There is no alternative, so take this into account.
It is a great hotel for families. It is definitely not worthy of 5 stars. The photos on Booking give a wrong expectation. Examples; no coffee machine in your room, only instant coffee. No toiletries in the bathroom as presented in pictures. No body lotion, conditioner etc. It is a complex building which needs some explanation as a guest. Unfortunately, we did not receive anything at check-in. There is no folder with instructions in the room. Hardly anyone speaks a language other than Polish, which is absolutely impossible in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, very extensive and a beautiful restaurant. The kids club is well organized and the ladies who work here are very friendly, helpful and great with the kids.

ChinaLong quee to the reception, over 30 min waiting, food from A la carte tase terrible, only few options to chose from but still very poor quality food, hotel is top to bottom the cheapest Ikea so not sure how they got 5 stars, location terrible, nowhere to go unless u like to drive, stuff seems like doesn't really care, AC was turned off at night, probably so they save some money on the bills, only few lifts so always need to wait, and much more

Polandinsanely crowded machine for making money. the lifts take ages to get anywhere. a sadist must’ve designed the corridors and ways to go from one side to another, to get from pool to your room it can take you about 20-40 mins and it’s not a joke. there’s barely any seat during breakfast. i don’t even know where to start about the quality of food. it would be amazing for a three star hotel, not really acceptable for four, not to mention five stars (!!!). I have NO idea how they’ve managed to get five stars but it is a scandal. the staff mainly has no idea what they’re doing. even the aqua park that seemed decent had two jacuzzis broken. I highly DO NOT recommend who even is used to actual 4-5 star hotel standard.
not much. comfortable bed and decent view. design looks nice at first until you realise it’s cheap and fake
