bar in the basement is closed at 10pm, so people are loud in their room but the walls are paper thin.. for us who wants to sleep at 11pm, it is very annoying.

good location, nice ski locker with boot drying equipment, good breakfast. good to have a bar with biliard and pingpong. try the italian restaurant at the end of the street, it is a gem

breakfast opens at 8am which is very late. the bar and all the playroom with ping pong and billiard table closes at 10pm

nice hotel, close to the kaniowka ski lifts (5 minute walk) and a 10 minute walk to the skibus that will take u to kotelnica ski resort. the hotel has basic rooms, breakfast is good, there's a ping pong table, billiard table, a gym, foosball table and a bar which is a big plus but everything closes at 10pm. The kaniowka ski lift is small, has 2 or 3 lifts, and one of them is very kids friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. if there was one part of our stay that could be improved is having a second coffee machine in the restaurant. During our stay the restaurant was busy for breakfast and often needed to queue to have a coffee.

Good distance to the slopes. Staff are very friendly and accommodating for example letting us check in early and having breakfast before the restaurant opened so we were able to eat before our flight.

The room could be better furnitured. E.g three beds but only two chairs. Lack of shelves for boots/hats ets. We had to use a chair for that. Which is ok if you are going for skiing and just need a place where to sleep but not really ok when you are going with someone who will stay inside longer hours chilling. The variety of breakfast items could be wider, but i guess it was shortened due to early season stay.

Location is definitely a plus. You can easily walk to the closest ski-lift, no need to drive a car there! The ski room is really convenient + kids room is definitely a big benefit!

When there was a need to clean the room, we looked for a maid and took a vacuum cleaner. Better to have a door table to let them know if you need cleaning. In the bathroom, the shelf above the small sink is inconvenient for washing up.

A good place for family vacations - ski lifts are nearby in winter, and there is a swimming pool and trampoline in summer. The child enjoyed meeting new friends and playing in the children's room. The breakfast buffet is fresh and varied. The room for 2 is cozy and small. The view of the mountains from the balcony is wonderful. It is better to come by car, as you have to go out for lunch and dinner.

The room we had was tiny , for the money we paid we could have just found one near by much cheaper. The staff do not talk in English and receptionist seems very rude , especially when we requested information not in her language. Bar is opened at request - in information about property it was there is a free pool table. It tuned out we had to pay for it- which we did not mind ,just no one said it to us. We plaid quite a while and there was other people coming to play while we paid , so it was awkward as it seemed like it’s free when everyone kept showing up and playing and afterwards we get the bill?

The location for ski lift was perfect and breakfast was tasty . Close to ski bus.

Only downside was the lack of WiFi on the top floor and cold water in the shower, which was disappointing for our big family.

The staff was great, and the location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The apartment had everything you need for a family stay.

There was no one available at reception, and no one took the call, no intercom in room, everytime you need something you have to go hunting for the owner, we tried our best to book Jacuzzi but even after all attempts we could not, not even basic thing like welcome water was provided, breakfast was useless and a definite miss, except the view this hotel is not good, the owner has no intention even to run it for a business but for her own family recreational activities...just imagine you lost your room keys or your child is missing and you are gone looking for owner, the lamps in room looked like they were cleaned only on opening of hotel. Hotel industry is about hospitality and this hotel is a bad example of it. We ended up going to therma bania and spending 150 + pln there because even bania was treating Friday like long weekend and looting people...we took this room only for Jacuzzi and were told somebody has booked Jacuzzi for three hours and after that Jacuzzi closes, we tried to book Jacuzzi in advance and in.person but we're not given any info...
