Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsIt's difficlut to find not good points. If I say, the hotel was so quiet that I was wondering how many guests were staying.
Breakfast time is 8-10. The best breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The location is also nice, 3 minutes from tram 3 Miodowa station and located in Kazimierza area. You can leave your luggage before check in.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast was in the basement. It was quite cold there. There was a weather info printed out every day in the lift. I understand that it is good to inform guests about the weather printing on paper is not very sustainable. For a 3 star, I would have thought they would think of ways to help the planet. Our towels were changed everyday although hung it; there was a sign with showed that if want your towels changed then put it on the floor. Lastly, the shower head was not clean. Had a lot of calc in there. Need replacing or cleaned properly.
The room was spacious and they were able to add an extra bed on request. The location was good. Close to several public transport and attractions. Option of having breakfast in the morning. Good selection for breakfast. The setup of the room for breakfast was lovely. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly.

FinlandHotel room was very small for two. The room has quite a bad air quality and we got some symptoms of it. There was also only one towel for two and every day we had to ask more towels to the room. Room cleaners left always only one towel after cleaning the room. We had no views from the window at all. Some wall was right next to the window blocking all the views outside.
The hotel located in the good place and breakfast was very diverse, fresh, tasty. So thank you for this. A bed and pillow were confortable, so good to sleep.

GermanyThe windows could have a better sound proof isolation. Nothing dramatic though.
It's a cozy place and very well located, being a perfect option for a couple exploring the city. Very nice and customer-oriented staff, with 24 hours support. The room' s air conditioner also saved us in the hot days. I'm certainly coming back when visiting Krakow again.

MaltaBolt and Uber couldn't come to the area I was in and this resulted in having to book a local taxi to the airport and it was very expensive. Unfortunately, WiFi never worked at the hotel. But otherwise, I had a great stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! Very clean and convenient hotel as it is close to all bars and restaurants.

New ZealandThe bed was mad from two singles and I tended to end up in the join.
The hotel is in a fabulous location with wonderful bars and restaurants all around, you are simply spoiled for choice. It is in the heart of the historic Kasmirez district and a short walk or tram ride to the old town and many other attractions. We found our favourite cocktails in a bar just across the street, and 100m away in the square were many restaurants with music and great entertainment every night.

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't great.... it catered for the European tourist, and not specifically for the English, who like a cooked breakfast. not a lot of variety. Would have been good if they had a coffee machine so you could help yourself during the day, rather than the tea/coffee facilities in the room, which only catered for 1 cup a day so we had to ration this!
room was spacious and clean, hotel is situated in the old jewish quarter, which meant there were constant walking and golf buggy tours stopping outside the hotel and you would hear the tour guides speech, then the next and so on. Our hotel room was at the front of the hotel so it was very noisy as it was above the street, and you could hear both open/ garden bars on the right and left.

United KingdomThe Wi-Fi didn't work well and required staff resetting for a couple of times. It could be improved.
The hotel is located in the centre of the Jewish Quarter of Kraków. It is a few minutes of walk from three of the historical synagogues still in use. Great restaurants are everywhere – enough for every meal of your entire trip. The room is nicely decorated and on a par with those of typical four-star hotels in Western European or East Asian capitals that would have cost four times the price – value for money! The room has a functional water kettle; plenty of tea bags, coffee powder and sugar packs for free – beyond my expectation. The shower faucet also didn't have much of an issue.
