We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicToo far from the centre for walking, and the direct surroundings are not exactly romantic. However, the main square is just a few tram stops away.
Very practical for 1-night stop when travelling by car. Easy to get there from the highway, comfortable garage right in the hotel. Gas station nearby. Modern, very clean and quite big room, nice and spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Easy to get to the city centre by tram. Very helpful staff at the reception. Good value for money. The city of Wroclaw is worth seeing, especially its historical parts and the the river islands.

The hotel is located in a business district, close to city center (2 tram stations away). Also in vicinity there is a shopping center. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was excelent, with lots of options to choose from. The personnel was friendly and responsive. Parking was available. Overall it is a very good choice for the money and definitely worth to come back.
