Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I want to note the high level of care for the guests: one person (maybe the hotel manager) helped the guests find a convenient parking spot, made sure that all breakfast plates were available to the guests. It gave the impression of high responsibility and homely hospitality! Thank you!

Good location, modern facilities, good breakfast. While the room was clean when I first checked in, I believe it was not properly cleaned again in the following days (no towel change despite they were left on the floor, empty water bottle left on the table, dirty coffee cup not removed, beds not made, ...).

The quality of the mattress and pillow could have been better. For shorter stays, they are adequate, but during my two-week stay, I found them less comfortable. Had I not been extremely tired, I would have struggled to get a good night's sleep.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Additionally, the location was perfect for what I needed, making my stay even more convenient. I would definitely return!

We found a worm in a salad at the restaurant. The staff were not pleasant.
The room was spacious and rather new. It was clean and the room spacious. The bed, bathroom and everything was comfortable.

House keeping did not turn up on the day we were there. We expect a level of service from a 4star hotel, but this did not happen. We were offered clean towels and water if we wanted to take them to the room ourselves. Not even a free drink as compensation, very poor indeed.

A bit sterile surroundings. Not very happy staff. Pillow the cheapest kind. Breakfast really not that great. To get over 9 rating it really must meet very high standards which it unfortunately did not.
Very fresh and clean. Generally comfortable.

Parking - not enough spaces and they were very narrow. We only found a couple of spaces left but couldn't park a regular size car because they were very narrow. Beds - mattress was not comfortable to sleep. Wi-fi - quite bad, was not loading often

The staff was nor friendly during the breakfast time. They didnt want to help us at all and were continuously staring at us.

There is no travel kit. No minibar. WiFi is horrible. The room napkins are missing. One "soap" is for everything (no shampoo, no body soap).

There was no shampoo (only soap) which was very poor (I had to touch the whole bottle to squeeze soap) and no hair conditioner no slippers no bathrobe no paper towels the towels looked not very fresh no other tools for bath (like cotton pads, ear sticks, nothing at all) so this was very disappointing, and I had to go to the shop and buy paper towels as I'm not using towels for face In the parking, some car somehow blocked us (was staying outside of the parking slots), but we were in a rush and many thanks to my husband and his experience, we managed to get out of our parking slot)

Heating in bathroom was not working, hairdryer was broken, the bathroom equipment had some let's say weaknesses. Staff did not care about freely moving small chlidren in the restaurant. When doing check out, I did not receive the bill prior payment so in fact I did not know what I am paying for. After payment the bill contained only general items as "accomodation"... so till now I do not know what was included in the bill. The staff seemed as non taking care... they were "just working".
Breakfast was great and reach, rooms were clean. The stay was in fact fine.

We asked for the quiet room, since we sleep with open windows, but what we got is intersection facing room so had to sleep with ear plugs, as it is really busy one. sometimes I feel no-one reads the special requests, or they do not pay attention to those coming from booking.c
