Some of the tiles in the bathroom were taken off the wall (I wonder if there was a repair in progress?). Unfortunately, some other guests were very inconsiderate and were talking very loudly until midnight and then again from 7am, which kept us awake. There was no TV (it was fine by us, but some may consider it a negative).

The host was extremely lovely and helpful, the room was very clean, the radiator worked well to keep us warm, the shower had good pressure (although it was tricky to adjust the temperature, either too hot or too cold), WiFi was good. The room was to the back of the building so we couldn't really hear the trams other than a low rumble every so often. We found the mattress to be very comfortable. The location was very central, with cafes, shops and restaurants around the corner and the Cracow central station and old town within a 10 minute walk.

Too small towels, no permanent light in the hall when entering the hostel and no elevator. It was quite cold in the room and the blanket was not enough to stay warm even with radiator turned on.

The basin was quite small, so I had to be very careful not to splash water onto the floor.

I stayed for two nights, and the room was clean, featuring a simple yet contemporary design and well-equipped for a solo traveler. I appreciated the quiet at night, which allowed for a good night's rest.

Everything was good except from the hot/cold water in the shower, there was no way to put the temperature in between, I could get only hot or only cold water.

Nice stay in an apartment close to the city centre, in a quiet area. There is a tram stop and a small shop if you need some treats in the evening. Moreover Cracow was a positive surprise for me and I will come back again.

The bin in the bathroom was a bit too small. It was hard to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower; the shower handle could not be positioned optimally, it was hard to shower the body this way

The room: modern, clean and tidy; I appreciated the hair dryer - it was perfect for my long hair. The location was really good as well; we were able to get everywhere on foot. The shared kitchen was also nice.

Very nice place in Krakow. It had everything needed for comfortable stay. Location was good as well - around 10 min walk to the old town and around 15 min from the train station. Great value for money, so would definitely recommend this place.

The bed is not suitable. The ceiling is too close to the mattress (I am 1,80cm) as you can see in the pictures.I slept on the couch. No tv available but that was clear on the room description and photos. Would be nice to add.

Please, do something with the shelf in front of the bed. It has no practical purpose and hangs at the head level. We just spent like 7h in the place, 6 of which sleeping, and my partner hit his head twice(

Considering it was beside the street, you can hear cars, trams, horses and people from outside. The pillows were tiny and a bit uncomfortable for me. Stairs all the way up to the 2nd floor. no lifts. So bear in mind if ur carrying a luggage. Shower hose needs changing.

The location is amazing, about 12mins walk to the old town, 2min walk from a tram stop. Shops were nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Kettle inside the room that was handy. Natalia was very good with commuincation through this app, checkin and checkout was straightforward. Little shared kitchen, i have used cups for my own coffee. All in all, the stay was great for 3 nights. Safe area as well. Toiletries such as a sachet of soap and shampoo was given. 👍🏼 The sofa and the dinner table and chair was a perfect addition. Outlet near the bed is convenient.

Fixtures such as shower head need replacing / repairing because they have moved out of place.

Everything was very nice. I stayed here for one night. The location is convenient, 10 min by feet from the Main Central station. The room totally corresponds to the photos. It was clean and well-equipped, the bed was comfy, WiFi was fast. The bathroom is in suite, it had some toiletries. I was able to use the dishes from the common kitchen (you are free to use it for minimal cooking). The self check-in was clear. The host is friendly and always to contact.
