It is on the heart of the city centre. Great location for tourism. Although the room was slightly small, the location was really good.

Lack of staff. No staff available until 3pm. They leave again at 9pm. Also we weren’t able to leave our luggage at reception the following day due to no staff being there, which was difficult as we had to check out at 10:30 but our flight home wasn’t until 18:30.

Amazing location! Right on the square, we came during December so we were seconds from the Christmas markets.

No reception prior to 15.00 each day. Nowhere to leave our bags prior to departure - needed to vacate room by 10.30.am. Our taxi to hotel wasn't due until 15.20 pm.

The location was very good. Only 100 metres from Krakow old city square, where there was plenty to see and numerous places to eat. Only around 300 metres from the bus/tram stations. Room was clean and basic, with kettle, hairdryer, some cutlery and cups. Need to check out all of the room photos when booking. We had the white room with a wall covered in pictures.

If you want water for the kettle you need to use bottled water or the water from the bathroom sink. There were earplugs left out for our stay as we later spotted this was next to a nightclub. Luckily for us it was midweek so club didn't seem to be open. We also spotted that some rooms were not located at the check in address but elsewhere, ours however was on site thankfully. There are no heating controls in the room. You only get 1 key per twin room.

My room window was onto the busy street with takeaways and shops open all night so was incredibly noisy even on the Tuesday night in November. Because of that it was impossible to open the window and there was no air-con, just a large noisy fan in the room.

It's a hostel not a hotel so we did like everything

We had a room with a shower it was super for us. Then you go outside off the hostel you are right in the centre off the town and close to the station for bus or train, in short we was super happy with the stay would really recommend to others. Super nice 🙂

The TV did not work. When asked if it can be fixed, we were told that it's not part of the room rate we paid and that they'll try to get it looked at. There was a stench in the room (maybe from a drainage pipe leak), so had to request air freshener sprays and leave the windows open.

The hostel is located very close to the market square which made it convenient to walk to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were polite and very helpful in responding to queries, and also suggested places to eat.

There was no one at the reception when we left. The information in the mail was not clear - there was no key box, and the mail said the reception is open from 10am (which was not the case). No one picked up the phone. We could not reach anyone. Ot was not possible to store our luggage which is a usual service in hostels.

brilliant location - a stones throw from market square in Old Town. Bed was comfortable and it was great value for money. our flight was delayed but they allowed us to use self check-in which saved a lot of hassle and worry do thanks!

The rooms were a bit small and there were no paper towels in the toilet.

First of all, the location and the staff were very good, they were very helpful, we were able to leave our luggage at the hostel after check out, I think it was good in terms of price performance.
