There was some noise from the street, but it's totally expected given that it's in a busy area. However, the windows provided a great quality of noise reduction.

The hostel was in the center of the old town, great location! Nothing really bothered us, everything was pleasantly as we expected and we enjoyed our stay. Even with a late checkin time, the stuff was there and helpful.

On Christmas their prices were much higher but when I stayed in January prices were back to normal. One mattress has bad springs actually sticking out but I had 2 beds in my room so not a problem. (Pointed it out when checked out)

This is the 2nd time I've stayed but the noise from the club below is still a prominent disruption which in fairness is disclosed but detracts from the great points

The location is unbeatable for the main square, the room was spacious and clean with ample amenities

Great location, friendly staff although the rooms are about 100 yards away from the actual address and you need 4 separate keys to open the various doors to get in, was an issue with the bathroom which in fairness was resolved fairly quickly, no TV’s in the rooms, I appreciate you don’t go to Krakow to sit in and watch TV but on our final night- we needed an early night as we had a 5am flight and would have been handy.

The proximity to the city center did not cause as much inconvenience as some of the British tourists (fellow guests) did. Apparently they could easly afford the fine (quite expensive, by the local standards) for disturbance during the night so the shouting continued.

Nicely decorated, cozy rooms with easy access to the bathrooms so no queues to be expected. Only few steps away from the Main Square. Good value for money

Not a lot that can be done, but the shower itself could be a bit bigger and one of the doors was broken on the sliding shower doors.

Great location, lovely friendly staff there most of them time to help with anything. Room was clean, spacious and we had fresh towels each day! Also lovely roof in room which was very convenient!

It was cold a little at night. Shared bathroom not very convenient, waited for other guests taking shower.

Comfortable bed, central location and close to railway station. Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Towels provided, bathroom is fully equipped.

Two showers, one of wich has a terrible smell. Therefore, in fact, there is only one shower room for several rooms. The bedroom also smelld bad (mold?)
