There is a restaurant below the rooms with a fume hood towards the windows - when you open them it always smells fatty. Also, you can hear loud music from the restaurant even past 11 PM. In general the walls are thin, you can hear people from the other rooms as if they’re talking right in front of your door.

Room wasn't particularly clean. There was a stain on the blanket at the bottom of the bed which made me worry it wasn't washed in between stays. Room was very basic. Didn't look anything like the photos. We got two towels only no hand towel. Reception said this was normal for Polish hostels/hotels to only give two. There was no way to control the heating and it got too warm on the last night.

Location was perfect. We stayed in the apartments about 100m from reception. Both reception and our room required going up a lot of stairs but we didn't mind.

The booking form clearly states 'private bathroom' and it was a shared bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and there wasn't much space.

If you wanted a later check out time you needed to ask a day or two before and pay extra.

Very clean and comfortable hostel/hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here and thought it was excellent value for money! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for free after we checked out. After checking out I used the shared bathroom facilities and they were very clean too so next time I stay, I would be happy to have a room that only has a shared bathroom option.

At night was very noisy, earplugs were provided, but weren't enough to stop the noise. We stayed in room number 2, the smell was horrible, the receptionist blamed the previous guest for it. Dirty bed sheets, mouldy shower and no hot water during "peak" times. Very small room.

The location was good, close to the main square and attractions. Agnes, the receptionist was very helpful.

Really cute and cozy room. It also had a kettle, coffee or tea and a hairdryer. Free towels too. Nice and comfortable bed and clean shared bathroom. The location is perfect, in the old town and everything is nearby. Recommend it!

First of all, when I asked for a later check-in than indicated on the website I was told that I couldn't be accommodated. I had to make arrangements with a friend to pick up the key earlier for me and to drop it off at the hostel for me when I arrived. However, at the time of my arrival the staff was still there and all of my previous arrangements could have been avoided. Second of all, the noise throughout the entire night until about 4:30 am was unbearable. Downstairs, there are two bars in the same building and the music was as loud as in a disco all night long. In addition, the windows were facing an extremely busy street and the noise from the crowd outside was terrible!! It was impossible to get any rest at night. In addition to this, the toilet was not cleaned properly. It was stained yellow from the urine and it smelled accordingly. When I reported it at the front desk, I was provided with cleaning supplies, but the staff didn't make any arrangements for someone to come and clean it. In overall, I found my stay at the Flamingo Premium Hostel terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Room very very small could only just walk down side of bed which was squashed against the wall! No where to put clothes lived out ofsuitcase for 1week.only couple of hooks on wall to fit coats. On arrival waited outside on the pavement pressing intercom whilst listening to receptionist shuffling papers!! Just ignored our hello after at least 10minutes of hello she deemed fit to release door to court yard but failed to even acknowledge us. Day before departure asked receptionist if she could book a taxi for us to go to the airport as we needed to leave early morning 05.30hrs was told that was not a service they provide, she gave me a taxi number but there was no mobile net work!

Location fantastic next to the square, restaurant and cloth hall.

I really didn’t like this place, and felt unsafe. I stayed in the alternative building, just down the road from the main hostel. I was given four keys / the first to get through the main door, the second to get through a chain cage to get upstairs, the third to get into my flat and the fourth to get into the room. I had to lock the third and fourth behind me, with a key. If there had been a fire, this wouldn’t have been great. The bathroom also smelt very damp in my room, and the overall place was quite odd. I was alone so I felt quite uncomfortable here. If you’re looking for somewhere really cheap and central, this is fine. You get what you pay for. Personally I won’t be going back.
