fantastic location so near to town on foot. A really comfortable and well laid out apartment. nice little balcony. a superb rain shower! plenty of towels. Gdansk is just the most enchanting city on different bodies of water.

The only negative comment I have which isn't negative really is the address on booking.com is 15 Torunska when the apartment is actually 11 which you do recieve in your message from the people. It caused us a bit of confusion but the people helped out when we arrived looking for it.

We like the apartment as it accommodated all your needs. Having 2 bedrooms was definitely a bonus especially when travelling with family.

Very slippery bathroom as there wasn’t any way to stop water coming out of the shower. Having a smart tv would definitely be beneficial as found all the channels were in polish (understand we were obviously in Poland!) but would have been great to have tv options

Local building work going on a cross the road although it wasn't too noisy during the day as we had the doors & windows shut, however maybe an issue in the summer mouths. The swimming pool is located in a separate hotel which is a 5 minutes walk from the accommodation

Location was close to local shops & cafes & a 10min walk to the old town. Catched a tram to the local beach which was sandy and clean

The apartment's location is perfect. It's walking distance to the old town. One of their staff changed the key box code so we had to double check with the owner if we were on the right apartment. We appreciate that they responded right away to queries. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were rested for days with our family. There was only one bin bag in the apartment, there was no dishwasher tablet, so it had to be provided for itself. If you want to cook in apartment, you need to get everything for yourself (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). The flat is clean.

The pool is actually in a Spa nearby. Apparently one needs to pay for use it, but we haven’t been there. A bit unclear overall about the pool.

Nice new apartments in a new neighborhood. Less than 10m easy walk to the Old Town. There is a good convenience store just across the street from 6-23 and some restaurants nearby.

Some really minor-minor moments like blinking light bulb (I've just taken it away and put it back before we left). The kettle lid could not stay opened, so it was a bit uncomfortable to pour water inside. Using the oven was challenging too - no information about temperature and modes of baking on the surface 😆 We've just used our intuition. Oh, and coffee machine do not make a coffee, just kind of "water with color of coffee). I dont know why. We used a big amount of coffee powder and less - the same result 🤷🏼‍♀️ Parking: i have a big car. Not the biggest one, but still. If my car would be a big bigger it would be not possible to enter the garage - the entrance is so narrow! I was really nervous, but I'm experienced driver and i can handle it. But.. if there will be someone who can't enter or have a bigger car it could be a problem. Maybe just ask before the booking? In case of my stay - i do not try to make a drama about small inconveniences, all I have to do in my opinion - it's to give honest and correct feedback to apartment owners to give them a chance to improve their service for new visitors. Sure if they are interested in it. Seems like this type of apartment is very popular, I can understand why: its really good value for such accomodation. My rate is not maximum because of the minor issues that i hope will be fixed. Building, location, design of apartment, rooms itself, kitchen and other rooms equipment, beds are comfortable, but pillows are smaller then even average (I now, that's the matter of taste, but the fact is - pillows are definitely tiny🙃 Free parking option is a very important option, option to book pool and breakfast too (but we didn't use it). But the option is good to exist :) Also, i liked the way of checking in: you have instructions how to act to pick up the key and wnter your apartment whenever you will arrive. We arrived late and tired so.. we did everything fine and the concierge was really helpful, he showed me all the facilities, trash station, Garage entrance and so on. Also, I must notice exceptional support from the management of Flatbook. Every question was answered with patience. And help with lost stuff is so valuable. We forgot something and the clean staff found it and informed me. We had a nice stay in common.

The noise of the rooms around was a bit loud but most nights we were shattered anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

to leave Gdansk... we really liked the rechtstadt and Altstadt and we had only a short distance to walk!

We liked the style and the way, the space and the cupboards were intergrated in the architectur of the building. Balcony, bathroom, bedroom were better than at home!.

Customer service and communication could be improved. Could hear everything from downstairs apartments, despite the ad stating that it is soundproofed. No coffee machine filters, while drip coffee machine and coffee grounds were provided in the kitchen. Shower drainage was poor and I had to call multiple times to remind about fixing it. No compensation nor alternative were offered for having a shower that could be used only on minimal water usage.

Location is good. Clean apartment. Well supplied kitchen equipment.

FULLY equiped. Dishes, mugs, wine glases, regular glases, cuttlery, vacuum, towels, a kitchen with oven and oven trays, coffee machine (with coffe, sugar and tea), toaster, smart tv, a three pieces lovely coach, balcony with a great view to the river; very confortable bed, great shower and a fine water pressure. Even an iron for you're clothes!! Dishwasher, and washing machine also. Big fridge with freezer and ice cubes inside.

We really did not appreciate the building works literally next door. They started drilling at 7am which sounded like it was going to come through the bedroom wall. We had a long day ahead and asked for a later check out to which we got told no. The cleaner was banging the door 11am exactly and was very rude by tapping the watch on her wrist, shaking her head, and huffing. If she didn't have her young daughter with her I would have had an argument with her. At the VERY minimum we should have been warned about this or had some discount to compensate, no one wants to wake at 7am like that whilst on holiday, especially on departure day.

Really good apartment. Nice views and good kitchen. 10 minute walk to center and some nice cafes near by. Also shops to stock up the kitchen fridge a stone throw away from main entrance.
