Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is a bit old, however very well maintained.

Although my room was spacious, it was designed for individuals with mobility issues, and therefore there were a few aspects that hindered the overall experience. Firstly, there was no place to hang clothes or jackets, which made storage inconvenient. Additionally, the shower lacked a glass wall, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet after use. The sink was also positioned too low, making it uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the limited selection of TV channels, which wouldn't have been a major issue if I had been able to connect my phone to the TV.
The breakfast offered a variety of options, with some items changing daily, which was a nice touch. There were also stations where guests could make their own juice and waffles, with different choices available. The hotel was not very busy during my stay, so it was easy to use the lift, find a table in the restaurant, or book a taxi without any issues. The property appeared well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Only being close to train tracks, every thing else was great.
Everything was great, we only were a little disturbed by being close to the train track, sometimes train passes. Breakfast was amazing, staff were kind, and everything was clean.

Everything was really good. But sadly on the very last day when I was on the queue waiting to check out, there comes this guest trying to jump the queue without even asking. I told to the recepcionist that I wouldnt allow it, since I was there waiting very politely for my turn like everyone else behind me and I needed just to pick up my lugagge, since I needed to ran to the airport, because I was coming back from the office and had no much time left. The recepcionist was a bit rispid and tried to put me to wait. Funny thing the guy before me was native (or european), and the guest waited for his turn, but when it was me she tried to jump the queue. I understand these people think just because they are natives they can be cheeky at foreign guests. I had to stand up for myself in a day when I was super tired. Very sad because I was super happy in the country after expending 7 great days there, only meeting good and polite people and enjoying the amazing Polish cuisine. Now I have this bad memory of the place. We pay the same price, so you should be honest and give the same treatment to everyone.
Hotel is great and location was very convenient to me. Easy to go to the city center. Food was really good, as Polish cuisine always is.

I didn’t have breakfast but I did have a drink at the bar with my friends and the gentleman that served us was really amazing. Gave us deep history on the drinks and made us feel at home. The beds were amazing.

All was good.
Everything is good about this hotel. Location os fantastic, both quite convenient to get to the downtown via the tram or busses + metro, and it is very close to the Warsaw Chopin airport, one station by train.

Just one small thing, the light over the teaset in the room is motion activated, and it is a bit too sensitive because when I made movements in bed in the middle of the night, it would turn on.
The hotel is very modern and clean, has a great restaurant and bar. The staff was wonderful, especially Jerzy at the restaurant.

Unfortunately there were no bath robes and slippers.
The room was rather spacious and very clean. We experienced really quiet and calm stay. Breakfast provides enough variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh juices and hot beverages.

Everything is great, as always. It is a nice hotel, always clean, near the AirPort which is convenient for me. The staff is professional. The restaurant in the hotel is good with nice breakfast and lunch offer.
