We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NorwayI paid for the breakfast at the check in and every morning I had to confirm that I have paid. Once, while I was getting my food, a girl from restaurant approached me and in front of other patrons, said that I had to go to reception, now, to sort it out. The lady at the reception desk apologized immediately and called the resteurant. I could not understand why the girl from restaurant could not walk over her self first. Unnecessary and unpleasant situation that could be avoided by having an update list.

UkraineFor the first time in my life at check-in, I was asked to show my credit card for the booking, which was strange. So IDK what can happen if I forgot my credit card at home.
As it is in the capital of Poland, prices are much higher than in other cities. Other than that it was ok to stay in that place, as our main target was the concert, we only slept at the hotel and that's it. It was clean and comfortable. Location is better for business visiting and if you are looking for hotel nearby airport(10mins by car)

Very clean facilities and helpful staff. We had an issue with an uber and the staff helped us get a taxi. Rooms were clean and very nice, good basic needs provided. Reasonably close to airport and old town about [10-15 min drive]. In a quiet office/residential area.
