On pillows and bed was some dye or idk something thats shouldnt be here , maybe its mould or some dirt but wasnt very nice , but everything else is very good , you get everything you need

The gym was out of order and that was part of the reason I chose this hotel. They also charge for the coffee in the hallway which is just basic from the machine.

Everything is bad I stayed one night and got really sick Why? Strange system of heating and it doesn’t work so whole room was freezing Also there is loud ventilation sound buzzing non stop in toilet Room is very small I cannot open suitcase Closet smells very bad like an old man smell Ordered delivery but service staff don’t want to deliver to my room . What kind of service is this. ? I have to go down and take it. Not four stars

TV program could be improved because I could not use either Netflix or Youtube rather than watching TV channels that promote government-approved content. The windows in the rooms are tiny, giving me claustrophobic nudges. Small benches would be ideal for smoking areas. You might consider filling up the minibars as mine was empty.

The place looks very modern and clean with friendly staff. What's provided in the room is good enough to get you through to the next day.

It's a very cheap businesses model for a 4-star hotel that doesn't provide free parking for their customers. In Dubai, for example, it would be considered as a 1-star hotel or a hostel.

There was a big fly in my room. And I have TV in my room, but it is just TV it doesn't have any channels, or Netflix or YouTube has no internet connection at all. The room was clean, but the location was very far away from the city center. Also, after water going to the drainage in the washroom, there was a lot of stinky smell

Hotel doesn’t give a monkey if you have an emergency situation and in need of cancellation - they insisted of taking full pay when I wanted to cancel due to the death of my mum… They simply wasn’t able to offer any assistance saying it was a non refundable booking… surely even though it was a non refundable, emergencies do happen and one would expect hotel to be sympathetic to these kind of situations…

I didn't like that parking was not included in room price and it seemed overpriced .. I was put off at check in when asked if we wanted our room cleaned everyday... Maybe, the reasons for such question should be explained better, for environmental purposes etc...

Comprehensive list of issues that I had with the hotel: 1. The safe battery was low when I arrived and it prompted me to replace it. I brought it to staff's attention and they resolved it the next day, but I almost got my documents locked out in it because it failed to fully open when I tried it. 2. I didn’t get the slippers and the floor was cold. I asked the staff to deliver them to my room, but the room service didn’t deliver them for several days. In the end, I got them myself from the reception on the day after the next. And I was not the only one with this problem. I met several people complaining about the same. 3. Restaurant reception wasn’t informed that I ordered a breakfast and they stopped me right after I started putting food on a plate saying that I didn’t pay for the breakfast. Asked me to walk with them to the reception. This walk of shame was very unpleasant because I was publicly accused of not paying for the service. They apologized in the end, but the event still happened. 4. My keycard stopped working and I got stuck in the elevator until I understood that I can press 0 for the door to open. Again, was resolved by staff after I brought it to their attention. 5. Fridge in my room was broken and it was actually warmer in it than in the room itself. Was never resolved. Hotel offered only 1 (yes, one) voucher for soft drinks at their bar as compensation for the broken fridge. 6. WiFi issues. Video conferencing was unstable during some parts of the day. Lasted only for several days and got much better afterward. 7. Shower drain was making a loud noise by itself in the early morning. I was woken up by this several times. Between 06:00 and 07:00. I even managed to get it on video. 8. Room service came only 2 or 3 times during 7-day stay so I was accumulating trash and was constantly out of complimentary tea/coffee.

I stayed at this hotel for around a week. I liked where it's located, and the ease of transportation to and from it using public transportation. The hotel itself is quite fresh and tidy. My room was quite big compared to other hotels at a similar price point. My room also had a comfortable chair and a desk that I was able to use for short laptop work sessions. Breakfast was also quite nice, despite being almost completely identical every day. Overall stay was quite good, but I think I managed to stumble upon almost all possible issues during the stay...

empty shower gel at bathroom could not change room with king size bed and was denied the option although it was the same price n the same identical room therefore slept in two single bed unnecessarily considering I’m big size guy which was unconvertible.

My card was wrongfully deducted twice, I cannot get past the reception and get their customer support. Still chasing them for my money. So rigid and lacking will to take on my claim even when i showed my bank statement showing the double payment. You cannot trust them with your credit card.

Front desk female staff were argumentative, careless and disrespectful towards the customer who was 100% right. Bad experience at the checkin and again at the checkout, with two different ladies showing exactly the same attitude. The location is relatively close to the airport but if you have no car then it’s difficult to get in and out.

the personnel is very rude. they didn’t try to help at any point, didn’t have any knowledge of the process, and didn’t even smile. for example, when I came to the reception and asked about the price, they told me the price without breakfast which was the same as on booking with breakfast. when I asked to the discount, and said that I’d prefer to book via booking they told me “do whatever you want”. then when I paid for parking they forgot to input information to the key so I had to rush out of the car to the reception once again for that. the personnel doesn’t value client’s time, all they care about is themselves.

The hotel is apart from everything except for a a few office compounds in Mokotow. The hotel furniture is absolutely fine, but it is a bit ageing.

It is a fairly good hotel with spacious rooms and good service. I recommend it only if you have an office to work near by or if you want to sleep not far from the airport.

The sound of the trains which maybe depends on the side you're living. Sometimes you can hear and feel the door shutting. Terrible quality of dishes in the restaurant surprised me after decent breakfasts at the same place. Thus you can have a breakfast but never eat later. The printing machine downstairs printed badly.

Clean and modern hotel with very polite staff. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Very green neighborhood with lawns, bushes and flowers. You can walk behind the hotel and find wild berries, apples and plums. I haven't met any russian.
