Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

PolandThe breakfast/dinner vegan options were really poor, which was quite disappointing. In the menu in the room we did not see a single vegan dish :( Also these times a lot of hotels are deciding not to provide shampoo/shower gel in small plastic bottles, in this one they are still present. The nice thing was the water taps by the swimming pool, but the single-use plastic cups could be replaced with some other solution. We also noticed that in the room ventilation was not working efficient enough (?) Every day we came back to the room and felt that it did not get enough fresh air.
Excellent staff, really friendly, always willing to help. What we did not expect was that we could get a free meal in the restaurant when we got to the hotel after the dinner hours. The pools are great, especially the hot tubs after a long day outside. The room was quiet and had comfortable beds with few pillows to adjust for anyone's needs. In the breakfasts/dinners the dishes were refilled on an ongoing basis.

BelarusIt's a pity that in the pool bar you can't pay with the bracelet - you need to have money or a hotel card. Also the choice of food at the breakfast was a little bit smaller than a while ago (I missed pancakes:)
Most of all I liked the outside pool and jacuzzi - it's nice to lie in the water and look at the mountains. Also my son enjoyed the waterslides. This hotel has a bigger number of jacuzzi compared to Gołębiewski Karpacz which we visited a while ago. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Close to the hotel you can find a lot of interesting locations such as Skolnity - a mountain which you easily visit using a ski lift.

PolandOnly entrance to swimming pool through the big aqua zone inside building - no way just come to pool from outside, this way if you have baby carriage need to ask on lobby call to pool bodyguard to open backdoor outside and the ramp on this backdoor have very high angle so that one person cant pull the baby carriage here so another person helps and go long way around through aqua zone cuz only one can come with carriage, and its not safe especially with wet feet. there is no trash basket in room excepts small in lavatory room, no ashtray on balcony. no ramp and elevator to -1 floor gaming zone, so baby carriage had to bring by stairs. gaming zone extra charged. parking extra charged. aqua zone, pool and some other features not only for visitors and can be used by guests thats why lot of guests from city during weekend
Nice place, far from the main road and in same time close to city center, taste food and nice view from the restaurant, clean, heated pools, entertainment for children

SlovakiaThe draft in pool area while entering and constant draft in a main restaurant. At the main buffet dinner they do not cater for kids (could add some basic dishes like spagety, kids cuttleries, cup, etc). Otherwise the buffet is OK, nothing outstanding with regards to dishes, I honestly expected bit better if I compare to other 4* hotels in Poland. Swimming pools area doesn't have any really hot pool (max 36C in whirpools). The water slides can be used from age 12,so if you plan the holiday mainly for younger kids than 12years, be avare that they can't use the water slides if they are under 12years old. Parking extra charge - 50zloty/day.
I have choosen this hotel mainly because of our 2year old son. So has few amenities to kids such as: Baby cot, stairs for to reach the bathroom sink, kids pool (with warm water, approx 35C). What our son enjoyed was to run there and back between sand room (big sand room directly next to kids pool) and kids pool. The playground for kids at level 1 was very good (big and suits kids between 1-4years),also there is slightly smaller kids play area at level 2. Kids food provided at their kids restaurant - buffet (opening from 12-13:30 and after from 16:00-17:30), could be opened earlier as our son went to sleep at 12:00). There are always 2different soups to choose, main dish, veggies, desserts, pop corn, drinks, etc.
