Nothing- it was all great!

The free breakfast and dinner were a game changer. Pays for itself and the food is actually decent. The staff are really friendly. The beds are comfy and it’s heated which is a godsend in the winter. The location was good- very close to the main old town square and moments away from several convenience stores. Might be because it was winter but it wasn’t too loud- it was quite a peaceful place to stay while still being a very social environment. I met some lovely people here!

They offer daily pub crawls, on the expensive side to be honest. Free break fast and dinner which can be hit or miss. I think its worth more to go to a cheaper Hostel and buy whatever you want to eat with the difference. Clean bathrooms

I'm not a fan of the pub crawl; I think you can get better value by visiting the Jewish Quarter. That said, it's a great way to make friends, though it’s just not for me. There are only three showers for the entire dorm, so if you’re a late riser, be prepared to wait. Drinking alcohol in the hostel is technically not allowed, but this rule wasn't strictly enforced.

The breakfast and dinner offerings were quite good, featuring standard fare like crepes, toast, and cereal. In August, the hostel offers a day trip to a lake as an activity, but it requires a large group to sign up, including guests from other Greg and Tom hostels. Dinner options include pizza, burritos, pasta, and vegetables with cheese. This meal time also doubles as a social hour, providing a great opportunity to make new friends. Vegetarian dinners are available upon request. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about activities in Krakow. The beds are typical bunk beds, and earplugs are provided if snoring becomes an issue.

No outdoor area and my room was very stuffy, no windows really open, smelt really bad because of the people in there, I had to change rooms because it was unbearable. Although this was not the staffs fault!

The location, staff and breakfast and dinners were amazing. Having those three definitely made it much better! I really appreciated the staff, who helped me change rooms and also offered me their tote bag for the day our I was having. Exceeding the expectations of helpfulness. I am not sure their name, but they had a short hair cut with piercings and a beige tote bag (the one they lent me!). Also such a nice person.

I really liked practicaly everything, but there could have been more toilets, they were occupied most of the time.

The food was great, the place was clean and looked nice. Its really close to the historical town. And I mean, the value for the money..

The staff was a bit uninterested - they did what they had to do, but it didn't seemed like they liked their job. It's so easy to make people feel more welcome due a small chitchat.

The atmosphere was really nice, die to the offered breakfast and dinner it's easy to meet in a nice way other travelers. It never felt that it was too busy or that the people were very loud and drunk.

Rooms has lil bit old Air but i understand reason because small windows and its window to street.

As usual this is my second time staying in this hostel, everything is well cleaned and well equipped. The breakfast and dinner were so good and tasty. The kitchen is spacious for 3-5 people at a time for having the meal and also there is a chilling room with impressive lights and cool background music.

The room was a bit stinky, kind of sweaty, and wet towel smell. Needed a touch of fresh air in there. There is no enough bathroom to comport the number of guests. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

It is a lovely place, cozy and small. Staff were so nice, and breakfast was awesome!!! Location is great, and walk distance from everywhere.
