Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Superbly clean and the little extras, such as snacks and water made all the difference. AC was a blessing and the breakfast choice was wonderful. Stay here, experience the wonderful food in the town square and have a drink downstairs by the river. Highly recommended.

United StatesThe location is excellent with plenty of walkable access to restaurants, etc. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. We have a larger family and booked two rooms, both of which were exceptionally clean. We highly recommend this location.

United StatesBreakfast was cold both days. No place to pull in to register. Parking location is extremely confusing. You cannot get to parking without checking in and getting a detailed explanation. Then they charge you a lot to park Only one elevator operational for a full hotel. No minibar or refrigerator in room. Air conditioner barely working. Basically, not up to Hampton Inn standards at all. Not worth the price we paid. If you are going to Oswiecim, other hotels most most likely be better.

SwitzerlandParking is available but not free. Restaurant in the hotel is outrageously overpriced for Poland, and there aren't many other dining options nearby. Overall bad value for money compared to large cities like Cracow or Warsaw.

Czech RepublicThe first time you visit the hotel, you will have trouble finding the entrance to the hotel car park. If you ask for or find parking, you have to get to the entrance to the garage, but there is only one road under the bridge, where there is two-way traffic and an endless line of vehicles parked on the side. When you get to the barrier, you're not guaranteed to get into the garage, and if you get into the garage and you're unlucky, it's very difficult to park with a regular passenger car. Everything is small. Also, if you go through the garage to the elevator, it takes forever for the elevator to arrive (when I was in Singapore, I waited less time for the elevator in a 30-story hotel). When you drive away from the hotel in the morning, you have to avoid oncoming traffic, it is extremely inconvenient.
The Quality of the hotel, level of the staff, the food, the gym, everything is on the outstanding level compare to the rest hotels accept parking and accessibility

Czech RepublicThere are no fridges in the rooms but at least you can put anything in the fridge at the reception. Parking is very expensive and you have to pay for full day. Much better to just park in the street which is also paid but much cheaper (there is even small parking lot right in front of the hotel). After 18:00 parking is free and you can easily prepay just 2 hours in the morning before you leave for your trip.
Pretty nice hotel in the center of Oswiecim with all the services you might need closeby. Clean rooms, good wifi, attentive staff. Breakfast was really nice.

PolandApproach to guests, this is Hampton by Hilton and they should have some standards. For example on breakfast they are so strict about finishing time 10:00 even people still eating. Then staff is starting very loudly joking and commenting with vulgarisms when they make a clean. Above that they wrote warning on breakfast that if you took out some food out with you from breakfast area you will be fine… really?
