- I am not quite sure why some hotels of a 5 star standard do not have an option to log in to personal streaming accounts (Netflix etc). It’s 2024! - Also making guests pay extra for Spa use just seems cheap. Being able to use the facilities such as sauna and pool should be included in the price

The rooms are exactly as advertised, everything is clean and works well, as you‘d expect of a hotel with this standard. Great beds, good soundproofing, bathrobes etc

Hilton Swinoujscie Resort and Spa, situated by the seaside and close to the Swinoujscie promenade, attracts a primarily German-speaking clientele due to its location near the Polish-German border. It's worth noting that during my stay, I often found that the hotel staff communicated in German, despite my Polish nationality.

- I feel that the choices for breakfast could be narrowed down and the quality of some foods increased (example: waffles, gluten free bread) - Kids Club has 3 rooms one of them plays cartoons all the time and the door remains open, which is making kiddos constantly trying to go there and watch, which I didn't want. - no vanity kits

- as you see in the pictures of the hotel the interior is amazing - extremely comfortable bed, spacious room - Kids Club, which was perfect for our 1,5 year old daughter, - Aquapark - with 2 good areas for small kids, one with shallow pool and slides and the other for splashing the water, plus 4 slides for bigger kids and adults - Spa & Wellness area - while small it was designed to help you relax, I was at the hotel in the peak season and only came across a few people. - Sushi Bar - delicious - very attentive and friendly staff - balcony with calming view on trees and sea

The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool but you get an access to the aqua park for an hour a day. It is nice and a good alternative but for some people, an hour might be too short. But with the beach nearby, you can always go there when the hour is done

the carpet flooring may not be the best choice as if attracts the dirt and smells - a particular “old” smell was sometimes present in the hallway. maybe having “real” coffee in the rooms would be a bit nicer.

beautifully designed hotel, very thoughtfully equipped rooms, some tea and coffee available in the room. staff was great, especially at the lobby bar and the restaurant (Polonaise). facility is clean and pleasant to be in, breakfast is versatile, however, I would improve the coffee. SPA area is wonderful, staff is very professional. everyone spoke perfect English.

Amazing hotel and resort. It is right on the beach with may restaurants near by to eat. The location is excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities are very good including water theme park, spa, massages etc. I loved it.

Got wrong train information about buying tickets. couldn’t get on to the correct website. was told we could buy tickets at station. no tickets there. Had trouble with train authorities about not having tickets

-breakfast was amazing. -SPA is superb and aqua park in the hotel exceeded my expectations. -Room was very clean, comfy and the view was absolutely spectacular. -Staff was helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.
