Windows in the room cannot be opened, but the air conditioning was also set and not possible to adjust, therefore the air was quite stale and it was too hot to sleep.

Good breakfast, clean and cozy. Parking is just outside the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and calm.

My only very slight gripe would be the shower 🚿 just not powerful enough but really not that important.

Absolutely loved this Hotel, my son and I spent 7 nights here (June 2022) and truly I can’t recommend this Hotel enough. Breakfast was as much as you can eat, huge choice. Staff were amazing. Book with the utmost confidence. We visited Auschwitz, the Salt Mine, Energerland (Rollercoasters), Oscar Schindler’s factory, Hard Rock Cafe. Lovely evening meal, very cheap. Lidl superstore within walking distance. My wife Nicky booked this hence her name, this review was written by Michael In Surrey.

We missed a radiator in the bathroom, didnt have where to dry out our clothes after swimming pool. And walked on a rainy day was unpleasant not to have where to dry out.

Everything was fine, staff extreemly helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast and rooms, we loved the children space. Interior was amazing.

Poor choice of breakfast and i wasnt infor.ed about a la carte option, ,cheeses were dry and lack of choice. I simply expected a little better from a hotel in Krakow.

I was getting ready in my room planning to check out at 12 which is the check out time. At 11:15 and 11:30 cleaners entered my room.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean.

Super disappointed by breakfast. I’m vegan and I’m used to having limited options, but literally the only thing we had to eat were baked beans and bread. Putting out some hummus or other vegetable spread would have helped a lot. Kudos to the nice staff for giving us soy milk over the counter to have with our coffee.

The room thermostat did not work. I had to ask the reception to do it and it was back to what it was.

Breakfast is good. It hardly changes though. Might need to get your fruits if you prefer them for breakfast.

While our overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. Firstly, we noticed that there was either no ventilation or insufficient ventilation in the bathroom, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the friendliness of the staff varied. While one young gentleman working at the reception was very friendly and helpful, we didn't receive the same level of warmth and hospitality from the rest of the staff. Furthermore, upon entering the hotel, we felt that we had to initiate the greeting by saying "hi" first, rather than being greeted by the staff. Another aspect that left us slightly disappointed was the lack of fresh vegetables available during breakfast. The options were limited to just cucumber and tomato, which was a bit underwhelming for those seeking a wider variety of fresh produce.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel for several reasons. Firstly, the availability of free parking near the hotel was a great convenience for us, as it saved us the hassle of searching for parking spaces. The comfort of the bed exceeded our expectations, providing us with a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for our stay.

I really needed a charger for an electric car, no one could help, they tried to do something for a very long time, but they didn’t charge it. it really ruined the trip

We had to change the room early in the morning due to an unclear disaster with the water system in the building that made the water leaking over reception. Staff demands to change the room urgently are clear in this situation, but nothing was compensated anyhow for this disaster in the morning.

The hotel overall is ok. Unfortunately, one incident made a bad experience of staying here.
