Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I am a big fan of Ibis Styles hotels, but this one is now my favorite one) The staff is super friendly and helpful. And I especially want to mention the comfort of beds, just wow!

Nothing really.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also as you can expect in this kind of hotels - not exceptional, but good quality breakfast with nice level of variety. The location is good as well. What I liked the most is the idea with carafes in the room and drinking water stations at the elevator. So you don't need to bother with availability of the drinking water anymore.

I missed a bit the convenience of a coffee machine in the room.
Very convenient location, and I just like the ibis style; my highlights are interior design, efficient check-in, and good breakfast (really like Polish food: proper bread, ham, cottage cheese).

I didn't really notice any such thing despite staying here multiple times. Maybe the aircon remote on the wall is a bit too bright at night, but this is just a tiny disadvantage.
I love to stay in Ibis, as it feels a clean, well structured and secure place to be in during business trips. It is always my first choice, as it guarantees great room standard, tasty breakfast and friendly atmosphere.

If they had a “bar” on the seventh floor it could be very nice. The hotel has a playground area and it could be nice if the parents could have something to drink and att the same time stay close to the children :)
The design and the room was comfy and pretty nice. It was always clean and in my opinion the staff were amazing! Very welcoming and always happy to help and provide good service 🌷

Great location, great view, wonderful modern stylish room. I have just booked last minute in Ibis after the management of an apartment nearby decided to cancel my reservation because I was not able to pick up their key before 18.00. I decided to go to Ibis with easy check-in and with non-stop reception. It was the best decision!

The long-haired male receptionist who checked us in did a really bad job and greeted us coldly and inattentively after a pretty long and tiring trip. For starters, he gave us zero info about the city or the hotel and its facilities and amenities (isn't that a receptionist's primary function?). Furthermore, when we asked for a simple receipt (not an invoice) of our credit card payment after paying on the spot, he said we would get it after checking out, which made no sense at all. It was all very unprofessional.
Very nice modern room with a terrific view of the city. Adequate breakfast and good location. Comfy beds.

Highly recommended. Nice staff, which always responds quickly to requests from hotel guests. Tasty breakfasts with a very nice view - the cafeteria on the 7th floor. Ladies serving breakfast also very friendly. The room is clean and modern. And the best thing about this hotel is the view, especially in the corner room!

The stuff is not quite friendly. Receptionists dont even bother to say hello when you walk past them in the holl. Its really strange. Still, the hotel is fabulous.
The location is great, the hotel is modern, rooms are really, really nice, clean and equiped. The hotel pays attention to small details which makes so much difference. On the seventh floor there is 24/7 zone where you can get free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Also, in the room you dont get plastic water bottles, but there is machine on each floor near the elevator where you can take still water and sparkling water, cold or room temperature. Those features give you such a premium feeling.
