Good hotel, great location, average rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of an update.. new furniture and colora.. the toilet was pretty basic and the finishes on the walls and floors could have done with a refurb. Good breakfast n helpful staff

no complementary hot drinks in the room. you have to personnaly buy it at the lobby/reception. self-service vending-machines (at every floor) would be fine.

The reception staff was not very polite due to lack of speaking English that fluent. The breakfast at the boat was great but with not too many tables to seat and during the rush hour we had to wait for a table to clear

Room rather small. Lacked enough storage for our clothes and we didn't have much as only here for 3 days. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and coffee had to be purchased individually at reception for 5-10zl, so quite pricey - a nice gesture might be to give each room/guest a couple of vouchers per day for a free cup and anything over that could be paid. Just a suggestion. Very large overhead lamp only - one 'reading' light high up on wall on right side of the bed but would have expected one for each side of the bed, within reach when in the bed. Just a bit basic for the price. Breakfast was nice. No real complaints just think we expected a bit more really.

Our room was very cute and comfortable. We have a nice river view. Breakfast is also very good and on a river boat. We liked this hotel very much. If we visit Wroclaw, we want to stay here again.

The hotel's standard is pretty basic. It's clean, but don't expect too much. The breakfast room was awfully full of people when we arrived, we got lucky to find the last free table. Staff that day was visible stressed, not really a nice atmosphere.

The payment for the parking,the waiting for the breakfast, you need to wait outside în the cold because there are not enough tables on the boat restaurant ,this issue sholud be reconsidered, to wait 20 minutes at 1 degree is not a customer care approach.

My room was just next to cleaners storage and they made plenty of noise when they started the shift early in the morning.

Parking was expensive and had to be pre booked (65zl) but parking in most places in Wroclaw is the same.

Excellent location. Breakfast was good and on a boat floating right outside the hotel! Our room with 2 queen beds was very spacious and comfortable. There was a sitting area and a huge bathroom as well! The hotel was also were able to provide the crib we requested. Overall a very comfortable stay and I would recommend!
