Nothing, everything was very good, we may shall book a bigger room next time, now we know how good the place is.

The location and the breakfast are superlatives, with a lot of options to choose and everything delicious ! Special mention to the receptionist, specially Martin who received us and also was in his shift when we leave and have been super kind and polite, apart of doing his job in a perfect way, but I wanted to point out his people's skills.

A cozy hotel in the city center with everything you need except air conditioning. Good breakfast with various meat and vegetable options. Also various desserts, coffee, tea and juices. 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.

I was not informed earlier that I had to prebook the parking spot so had to park in a paid parking nearby but the staff was very helpful and showed me where I can try to park. Also zero view from our room, there were no usable windows. Rooms were a bit more warm than usual so had to open the window

Perfect location, in the middle of city center so no need to the car out once reached. It's in front on famous Tumski bridge and pretty close from the market square. Rooms were big enough and had proper bedding for 4 adults. Breakfast spread is really good and very tasty. The staff was very helpful an as well.

Kettle for tea or coffe and glasses for it in room would be great plus it was my first Hotel i missed these. You can get these in reception at a fee. Canteen for breakfast in located outside the main building and with bad wether outside its not ideal trying to get there in the morning.

The best in this Hotel is the location as everywhere is close as well as the berakfast. Realy nice and the canteen on the river barch is great idea. Staff is also really friendly and helpfull no doubt about it.

Even if the hotel provides wifi, there is no possibility to connect to the internet. I think not having access to the internet is pretty crucial these days. Very poor organisation of the breakfast place. You have to wait a long time if you sleep in. Dingy and very old furniture, uncomfortable bed. If you arrive in the sticks in the evening, and leave on a Sunday morning, the hotel will still charge you 3 days of parking. There was no cleaning in our room or replenishment of basic necessities.. shower gel, or toilet paper. very bad..

A very good breakfast, a good collective, the opportunity to accommodate a dog. Excellent place. Right next to downtown our room had a beautiful view

The restaurant for breakfast was a bit small. It was crowded and people were waiting in the queue. The beds were new but somehow didn't feel very comfy to me (this one may be subjective). I would appreciate it if there were simply kettles in the rooms.

I like the location of the hotel. If you buy it early, it is good for its price. But if you are buying it for a similar price to many well-known hotels, then It wouldn't make sense. For example, when I bought it, the price was "X" let's say. And it was really affordable. But when I wanted to extend my stay (at the time of Christmas market) they asked roughly "4X" the price. Which was insanely expensive.

A little more shower gel would have been great - one tiny sachet each isn't really enough but staff were helpful so I think they'd have provided more if we asked

Had a nice stay here - just a ten minute walk to the old town and room was clean and comfy - staff were helpful and polite - we arrived quite early and although we couldn't check-in at that time we were able to leave luggage in store room so until later while we went to see some sights

On the booking the price looks good, but breakfast additionally, the parking additionally... it's better to choose more expensive hotel from the beginning, that would be the same price like here.
