In general, the hotel was very pleasant, clean and had very good cuisine in the restaurant. The only minus is the not very comfortable bed and very uncomfortable pillows. A small suggestion to the reception to inform the guests about access to wifi, because I saw these little pieces of paper with the password only when checking out.

I slept on a sofa bed that was very hard 😢

It is very pretty and clean. There is a parking space that is closed at night. The morning buffet is amazing! The staff is always nice and helpful.

No shower screen, shower head too low, but still fine for a sit down shower.

Perfect location for my visit, huge breakfast choice, very well presented and lots of delicious food. Lovely restaurant, excellent food and service.

Outdated furniture and decor, but otherwise fine.

It was a very nice hotel, reminding me about communists hotels, but with nice personnel and really nice breakfast included in the price. The room was big and it was perfect for myself and 3 children. The staff was really helpful.

Mattresses not confortable,, pillows were very soft, needed 2 to try to replicate 1 good one. Breakfast was poorly presented( swedish buffet like in the 90's) and insufficient( once the ham, cheese, salami where gone were not replaced). Although the coffee machine is a premium brand, Saeco, the coffee beans used were low quality. Tv has only few local channels, nothing international. Cable tv or streaming tv didnt reach yet this hotel. Insufficient plugs for chargers, so I had to lose the night lamp and the kettle just to charge a phone and a laptop overnight.

the shower head 😂 I am sorry I put water everywhere. you have to hold it with one hand to be able to use it. I am not good at one hand showering

Everything is spotless, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is super nice and professional, and there is a free private parking that is closed at night where I felt relaxed to leave my rental car. The bed is comfy and it is very quiet.

I would have appreciated better lighting of both the room and the common areas, as it is the effect is rather gloomy. And coffee would be nice, on top of the tea, in the room! :)

The location is ideal and the building is beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished. I also appreciated the homemade Polish delicacies for breakfast.

The only thing was that we did not have a fridge in the room. We booked this hotel because in the room description it was mentioned, but in reality it was not there. The lady from reception agreed with the kitchen that our food could be stored in the kitched fridge.

Large rooms, beds were comfy. We stayed during the heat wave and as it was the top floor the rooms were quite hot and though there was a ventilator in the room, it did not help much. Nice breakfast. For us, as transit passangers, the location was very good.

very old and moldy shower head, flimsy. poor noise cancelling walls, i could hear the guests in neighboring room all too well at night. Whole floor was semi empty by the look of open rooms for cleaning during the day, yet guests are stacked right next to eachother. Poor and semi unfresh food selection, very underwhelming breakfast

The 2 sofa beds were hard as rock, located at a busy street with a lot of noise. But with the windows closed it wasn't bad.

Very nice appartement with a lot of space. The employees were nice and very accommodating. The building is beautiful and picture worthy. Main bed was very comfortable and big.
