Close to everything, the old town, bus stop, bars and restaurants. A very nice area. Very nice breakfast with a lot of different things to choose from. The SPA is not so big but nice. You must book time to go there in the reception. Sofabed in the 4 room for 4 pers. was not good to sleep on.

Air con in the room is very bad, I had to get a portable fan from reception which still didn't help. I visited the hotel in March, I would expect the rooms to be extremely hot in the summer period. The air con needs to be sorted ASAP, this was also an issue in my parents room. Buffet breakfast was nice but the staff where very slow replenishing the trays when empty.

Great location very close to the old town and bus stops outside the hotel to explore the rest of Warsaw. WiFi was good.

At first I was a bit skeptical because of other reviews from previous guests, but we were really satisfied with our choice. Location is great, everything is near, bus stop a few metres from the Hotel. Breakfast was amazing, you could choose from eggs, sausages, cereals with milk, yogurts, fruits, vegetables, different kinds of ham and cheese, sweet croissants and fresh bread. Drinks - apple and orange juice, coffee, soda or tea. If something was missing, it was supplemented by waiters. The spa was great, when we visited nobody was there, although the hot tub was not ready to use, but we were aware of it through the booking. The room was clean, everything we needed was there, however we heard weird noises coming from the radiator and climatization during the night. After all, it was a good choice.

The spa area had a jacuzzi without water and apparently it isnt going to be in use futhermore so it was a little bit disapponting that it was advertised. Also the sauna was working fine in the morning but not in the evening.

Location very good if you want to stay near the old town, museums and a walking distance from the center also. Small and compact place, good breakfast. Comfy small room. Overall a good visit for our needs.

I booked an apartment and this wasn’t in the main hotel. As a lone female traveler, I didn’t like this. I deliberately wanted to be in a hotel because I was traveling alone.

The cleanness in the Spa Center was not optimal. The Jacuzzi was very small and i had to wait over an hour for getting in. The sauna wasn't working.

The breakfast was excellent, the sofa beds are very uncomfortable and there is a smell omitting from the bathroom believed to be the sewers. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly.

There were also a few disappointing experiences. One of the main issues was that the elevator was not working, which was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the SPA was out of order, which was very disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the facilities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages was its great location – it was convenient and close to Old Town making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my day without feeling rushed. It made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free.

The room we got was a bit old in the tooth: marks on the wall, maintenance cover falling off the wall in the bathroom, peeling silicone in the shower cabin. The room was also quite noisy in the night due to the noise from the plumbing (they managed to fix that when we complained) and due to the air conditioning in our room (later fixed) and the room nearby (never fixed). It was hard for me to sleep for two nights in a row, with the noise waking me up at a very early hour. I asked the hotel to move us to another rooms where we would be able to sleep in peace, but they said they would have to charge us the price difference between the old and new room. I would say that being able to sleep in a hotel room is the minimum possible standard... Kk

Excellent location. They have a great Asian fusion restaurant attached to it, which makes excellent Asian-continental fusion breakfast.

In the bathroom there was disgusting smell, like rotten eggs. When you made a reservation there is written that SPA is included into price, but in reality there is no Spa, because saunas not working, they are cold, jaccuzi is also dirty ant cold.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Average breakfast, but it could be better. Very comfortable bed. Smart Tv with Netflix or Youtube.

Hot water flow was inconsistent, would get a sudden surge of extremely hot water. Room wasnt made up the next day Water flowing through the pipes in the night made it abit noisy and affected sleep quality Too many steps, could add a ramp. Room door needs to be closed hard with strength in order for the door to be locked properly Room wasnt dark enough Sauna wasnt gender segregrated
