Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is a hotel with an excellent location, right in the middle of the city. Breakfast is buffet style with an interesting offer, everything was delicious. The only problem is the organization of breakfast - a relatively small room, completely insufficient capacity of the coffee machine (long queues) and the whole room was very over-crowded. The staff was not able to replenish the missing food, did not communicate enough and for example I had to eat yogurt with a plastic coffee spoon, which was scary. The second reservation is that if you have windows facing the square, there is a big noise and bustle on the square until the morning, so you will not get much sleep. So ask for windows facing the courtyard.

Everything was perfect except for one little dog who woke me up in the morning because he wanted to go for a walk. It was a small, charming hiccup in an otherwise great experience.

Just stayed the one night, the hotel was exceptional, very clean, near to all amenities. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Enough choice for a filling breakfast. Thanks Korona Hotel 😁

I would recommend to but slightly bigger blankets and sheets on the bed. Not a deal breaker, but it would definitely improve comfort especially during those cold nights!
Good location within walking distance from the main square in the city. Also, within 10 minutes walking from the train station.

There were guests on the same floor who kept running in the hallway and making noise even though it was already later than 22:00, the corners of the shower floor could use more cleaning as there were beginning dark areas.
They had an available room for early check-in. The hotel is located near the town square but not exactly in it, so it was near enough to walk but not too near that it would get crowded. The bed was comfortable and the room was sufficiently warm (as it was quite cold outside. A kettle and cups were provided along with coffee and tea in the room. The soap also smelled nice.

Loved the location with great view right above the Christmas market. We were very comfortable with adjoining rooms for our family (2 adults/2 teens). Check in was easy with good directions to parking area.

Sensation staff. The young man at reception was awesome and so helpful. The room was great, as was breakfast. The location was amazing, right amongst the Christmas markets and within easy access to other attractions. There was so much to see and do in Wroclaw, we should have stayed longer. Highly recommended the Korona Gold Hotel.

Sometimes the bathroom had a very bad smell. The towels were very old. Also as many people said, in booking the hotel is 4 star but it has 3 and 4 star rooms... I cannot understand how this happen and when you chose a room it is difficult to understand because everything is written in Polish.
The location is excellent!! 5 meters from Christmas village. The breakfast is very good, it has everything you need. The staff was very polite. The room was clean.
