We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandArrived late - *completely dark* around the cabin. It was difficult to use the key as I could not see the lock. I did not feel safe taking my luggage into the cabin in complete darkness. The place was *not clean* - dust and dead insects on the floors. There were many stains on the sofa. Towels were stained, they did not look fresh. Luckily I had my own. *cold water* only (probably it was possible to turn the hot water on but there were no instructions available). Cold water in November early morning was not exactly what I dreamt of. It took a while to get the invoice.

PolandOur boiler would only heat up enough water for one person and there were three of us. We found a puddle of water underneath it the first morning and notified the staff but nothing was done about it during our stay so we had to switch it off. I imagine it might be a nice spot in the summer but in the winter when we went there, it was all muddy. For the price we paid a hotel would have been a better option.
I imagine the place might present itself better in the summer. Our house was clean and the heating worked well.

Great building, needs a little TLC. Cute place to stay, imagine it would be great in summer, with a little work.
