The single beds are not too comfy and I had a bad shower head but it was replaced the next morning very quickly. Also I had very load neighbours, I guess the walls are not thick at all.

The location is excellent, everything is in walk distance. Gubalowka market 15 mins, Krupowki 8 mins, Snowlandia 20 mins on foot. We ate very nice food in the restaurant all day. And the staff was super super nice 😊

Nothing to dislike about this lovely hotel.

Beautiful decor, very helpful staff, lovely room & large balcony. It’s in a perfect location too. Our second stay & it remains a high standard. The only thing missed this time was the upper floor bar wasn’t open.

Excellent location, so central. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was beautiful with a great variation each day. Our rooms were lovely and clean. Great to have a radiator instead of Aircon as you could put gloves etc on radiator to dry. I would highly recommend Hotel Logos.

Lack of fridge, light on buttons just under the pillows... so sometimes turned on the light during the sleep. Really uncomfortable thing

There was a lovely terrace at the back of the hotel ..but the staff never seemed to tidy the place. Also the tables and chairs were not set out nicely. Very untidy looking. A pity because it could be made very beautifully as the views of the mountains are amazing

Just one strange thing: housekeeping knocked then let themselves into my room at 8.40 am on a Sunday morning, whilst I was still in bed. They let themselves into my father's room and were banging on his bathroom door, whilst he was in there. This needs not to happen.

This is a lovely hotel, with very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. It actually exceeded our expectations, because the rooms and facilities are actually better than the photos posted online. The restaurant food was excellent, including the breakfast, and the spa facilities: sauna, steam and jacuzzi were great too, also the terrace and upstairs seating area with mountain views. It's just a short walk to the main street too.

Breakfast wasn't amazing.

The staff were incredible. Very friendly and very helpful. After I checked out, I left my luggage in their luggage store. I then got caught in a thunderstorm. Upon returning to the hotel, the staff allowed me to use a shower and get changed in to fresh clothes. They didn't have to do this, but by doing so I was able to take the next step of my trip in comfort.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectation and it was awesome. Very central location, just 5 minutes to the main street. Parking was for free next to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, served all kinds of fresh food and always added more once it was finished. The spa was great as well, almost always we were there alone. Nice jacuzzi and 2 types of sauna. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was sooo helpful and always smiled. Really appreciate it. I would definitely come only to this hotel again.
