The door of the shower that I used didn't seal very well so water got on the floor and saturated the rug.

I arrived at this hostel in the evening. After taking a shower I was brushing my teeth and noticed a staff member of the hostel checking all the showers and cleaning up. I was happy to see that. Also, because I had to go to the airport very early the next morning, I went to bed earlier than many of the other guests staying in the room but when they noticed that I was trying to sleep they quietened down and turned out the light right away.

The walls are very thin and you can hear every small noise from the other rooms. You have to pay separately for a towel.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, there was no stove or oven, the shower head was broken and the sink in my room made terrible noises on its own.

Great location on a peaceful street and high ceilings with a lot of light even though it was the first floor. Easy check-in and a nice old building. Quite clean overall.

Everything was charged - towels, late check out (even if you arrived at night), etc. I was surprised that they didn’t took money for toilet paper, stepping into the bed or taking the shower.. :) for that value of money its ridiculous.

only one bathroom for 5 double rooms (+1 extra toilet), very soft beds, super tiny pillows, bed length <200cm, way too bright curtains, not well insulating windows, especially against noise from the outside

you get what you are paying for-great for minimalists who seek the absolute minimum north of a dormatory; good location in krakow, clean, a lot of useful extra service providable for a little extra charge (incl. to room delivery of meals)

Including a towel would have been good but, otherwise, everything was fine.

I had a private room (as luck would have it, with 4 beds in it for just me :p) and shared bathroom at this property. It was a very comfortable room (no towel, though, so maybe bring your own). The internet was strong and constant and the neighbourhood had its own character and was quite interesting in itself. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to Market Square but that didn't bother me.

Entrance to premises is a bit confusing. There were couple of people looking how to enter at the same time and all of us were a bit confused. Also the walls do not hold any type of soundproofing. Heard every sound from toilet used by whole floor.

Bed was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Made a booking hour before coming and it was ready immediately. Wifi was good too. Haven't used facilities as we stayed only for one night.

The price was really high for this quality. There was one bathroom for several (8?) rooms and there wasn’t even soap. If you want a towel, you have to rent it for 10 PLN, if you want to do the laundry, you also have to pay extra (20 PLN). As far as I know, there’s no kitchen.

The room was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The check-in was easy. The location is good, 15-20 minutes to the center on foot.

The duvet was a bit short. It is individual but for me it was a bit uncomfortable but fortunately there were some extra blankets in the room. The room was a bit cold but it was not too significant.

The room was clean and bedding was freshly washed. Even though we ordered a room with just těo separate beds, we got a room with a double bed and two extra separate beds which was a nice surprise.

The kitchen was not very complete as there was no cooker hood (only a microwave and water heater).

The location was good, near the station. We had a big room with okay beds and it is nice that there are two toilets (shared with everyone).

Check-in is supposed to be till midnight however there was not anyone there when I arrived. I had to call to get instructions re the keys etc, no info was provided beforehand. No towels were provided in the room and no possibility to rent them even when you were ready to pay.
