It's not clean. The cleaner comes very day at 10 am to make a racket and it beats me what she's doing because the place is dirty. The flat is a bit tired and could use a refreshment. The kitchen could really use a tea towel or paper towels, or both. The guests could keep it clean easier. Location is amazing. The shops downstairs are an absolute hit ❤️

The cleaning lady was nice, but she was coming at 10 am and starting to clean, and it was not possible to sleep longer. Also, there was construction next to the building, so it was very noisy right from the morning.

I liked the building, it was beautiful, there is Zabka and Bedronka in the building. The location was good. The room was spacious. There was an elevator in the building, so it was easy to come with the bags.

The room we got was different from the room at the photos. Beds weren’t clean (the bed sheets weren’t changed) but luckily we managed to find clean in the closet. The staff came to the apartment and room before check out time what made a pressure to check out earlier.

Really close to the metro station and shopping center, the apartment is in new building and well-equipped. There were 2 bathrooms.

There were short dark hair all over the floor and the bedsheets. The pattern of the sheets was hiding the dirt, but with a closer look... you could see the hair and stains everyday. It was like someone had his/her haircut in the room. The common areas weren't clean either... breadcrumbs, hair and smell. Really bad experience 😕

In the photo, this room is much, much better than in reality. I don't know why people give this apartment such high marks, but the furniture is cheap and in poor condition. The bedding was questionable in terms of cleanliness, there was sand on the sheets. The blanket is hardly a blanket, it's more like a thin bedspread. I wrote to the owner and asked for a normal blanket, but he never responded. I slept fully dressed to keep warm. Because of this, I was never able to rest. The apartment is not located 3 km from the airport, as written in the description, but 6 km away

The floor was very dirty in my room. One day the elevators were not working. One day there was no water in the building, not even for the toilets. The last week the internet did not work. I called and they asked if I had logged in correctly. I told them I had, and that on my computer it said there was a problem and I should call the administrator. I called and told them about the message on my computer, and that I asked other people in the rooms next to me and none of them could access the internet. After I told them this they stopped communicating, they never answered another message. AND I never had internet again. Over a week I had no internet.

I had such a great time in there. Everything was perfect. Bed sheets clean, towels were provided and bathroom was clean too. Location was so good. Especially I was in love with the balcony views😌Near to hotel you can find markets in urgent case if you wanna buy something. And from the nearest bus station you can take direct bus to the Chopin airport. I am grateful for everything:)

Not a nice stay. We stayed for five days in a structure without basic hospitality. In an apartment shared by n. four double rooms (a total of eight people), it is not possible that: 1) there was only one chair in the kitchen, 4/5 plates and cutlery, glasses and cups. 2) The refrigerator and freezer needed to be cleaner and better maintained. 2) in the bathroom, the small overflowing waste bin was never emptied; we had to buy toilet paper, and there were no towels or shampoo; 3) in the room, we found four crutches, one chair and no waste bin; 4) for no. 5 days of staying, we were provided with n. one towel per person. NOT RECOMMENDED.

First of all, the apartment and address on Booking.com are wrong. On the day of arrival, they called and told me that the only rooms available are at Jana Cybisa 8, which is 3 km away from the original address of Wita Stwosza, where Manhattan Place is. And there is no metro near it. The closest station is Ursynow, which is a 15 min walk. The room was completely different from what I expected, based on the photos on Booking.com. It was a lot smaller and had 2 single beds, instead of 1 double. The mattress is too soft that you «fall into it», I find it very uncomfortable. Next floor above me were neighbors with little children, which always screamed and made noise. The room had some smell in it, which was always there. I tried opening windows but didn’t help. Also, the towel was stinky. No welcome shampoo, no washing powder/capsules for the washing machine. Everything is very basic. The desk was dirty and had something sticky on it, I had to clean it myself before I could sit and work on my laptop. The kitchen was alright, however, it’s not anywhere close to what was in the pictures. The wifi is alright too. Conclusion: I would not recommend this host, if you have an option to increase your budget a little, you can find a much better place to stay. Remember, the address is unpredictable and most probably they’ll end up sending you here without any compensation for the money you’ve paid.

it is a room within a shared apartment. location for visiting the centre is not that great but for me was next to the place I had to attend. shared bathrooms and kitchen. was clean but very basic. for the price for 1-2 nights is fine - a clean place to sleep. nice modern building with a supermarket on the ground floor. No issues with the automated check-in. Has access to a huge terrace.

It was very dirty! I found a woman’s nail and mold on the wall in my bedroom, water in the shower was stuck every time I used it. staff were unfriendly, they came to clean my room at 9 even though the check out was at 11. a man that came to clean went to the toilet and used it for a while… so so bad. only the location was good.

I was but in another apartment, because a water pipe broke, that apartment didn't match my expectations also the location was much further from the original one.
