The shower of the pool or in the bedroom's bathroom did not drain well. Our room was facing the road, so it was very noisy with the traffic until late and could not close the window because it was very hot. The window did not have blackout curtain. Hand towel was missing, and there were no towels in the pool. Have I known that, I would have taken some from home. The saunas were out of service. The billiards are not in very good condition.

Breakfast ok, the usual. It is not in the city centre, but is not far, the road to get there is very straight. It has a big lovely garden and kids playground. Staff is friendly and speak English. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, warm water and very quiet. There was cold drinking water station in our floor 24/7. There was bowling and table tennis available.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were small baby pillows. Poor soundproofing. The noise and voices in the adjourning rooms and hallway are clearly audible in the room.

Place was very comfortable, but rooms and furniture not very new. I think, it isn't convenient to go to the hotel without car.

Beautiful place with cozy green territory. 15 minutes from Torun center by car. Good variant for family with children, because of trampoline, playground and walking territory near the hotel. Tasty food in restaurant and amazing breakfast. With car we have no problems, there are big parking near the hotel.

Noisy location - lot of noise from the near main road, small room for 4 people, when sofa bed is used then there was no access to refrigerator, the room had very thin walls, you could hear the neighbors from the next room.

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and to make matters worse, there was no mobile signal either, leaving us completely disconnected. The shower was broken, making it impossible to have a proper wash. To top it all off, in the middle of the night, the door in the neighboring room started beeping nonstop. When we asked the guy at the reception for help, he rudely told us there was nothing he could do and that we should leave him alone. The room itself had a horrible smell that was impossible to ignore. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

The facilities are poor, and the food is not the best in the restaurant. Breakfast is elementary. We went for dinner to a restaurant, unfortunately, we waited 1 hour for a burger... and the meat was raw. The hotel definitely needs some deep cleaning and renovation.

The staff is the best in this hotel, the rest is questionable. It has big parking and is close to a bus stop if needed.

What caught our attention were extremely dirty carpets, in the halls and inside the room. Most of the time, there was a lack of Wifi and almost no signal whatsoever. No AC. Extremely hot bathroom with a broken ventilator and an unhinged shower cabin. The game room was improperly equipped with most of the stuff having its good days in the past.

We liked the highly kind-hearted staff, good food with cheap prices, and animals positive attitude. The surroundings were green and well-lit with a huge forest nearby.

Thin walls or poor sound isolation which could disturb sensitive sleepers if the neighbour(s) snore. Be sure to bring ear plugs with you. Spa was out of use bcos of renovation.

Smooth check-in, check-out and staff communication. Great location, peaceful, secluded position, surrounded by pine and birch forest yet right next to the fast straight road 10mins away from the centre of Torun. Excellent breakfast with domestic delicacies like locally grown big size tomatoes, flavoured pickled cucumbers, pork lard spread with spices and pork cracklings etc. that will sweep you of your feet. Design of the hall where breakfast is served is well designed and decorated with paintings. Two sides of the hall are overlooking the nature.

1. Starting with the communication with the stuff there were troubles. It says on Booking that they accept dogs, but later on the hotel texted me that they accept only small dogs. It is not mentioned and I demanded a refund. After that they allowed us to come with our dog. 2. They gave us the room in the second building which takes a lot of turns and leads to get to, since the reception in that building is not working, you need to pass through the main building. You can easily get lost. 3. Room had no air conditioning (only broken desk fan), no hairdryer, no fridge. When we asked for a working desk fan, receptionist said that they don’t have one. 4. It looked like nobody cleaned the room or did it poorly. There were old spider webs, dust, someone left scrunchie in the shower. Overall condition of the room was bad. They asked 40 pln for the dog but there was no cleaning even before we arrived. 5. No bins on the outside area, you have no place to put garbage.

The only good thing was location, very close to Torun and easy to find.
