I like location, and the price that you can stay single in the center of the city

The odor in the hallway, the room situated in the corner, had a hot water pipe running through it, which kept the room very warm; I couldn't sleep with the window open due to the noise

The room was tidy, but the hallway had a very unpleasant odor, and the bathroom also had a bad smell, with drainage odors throughout the shower area.

Sadly my neighbours weren’t very quiet. The hostel’s building is very rundown and old.

Good heating, location and value for the money. Private bathroom for 2 rooms, wich is better than a whole hostel.

We got 3 towels total for 2 persons, 4 would have been great.

I am glad we booked despite the negative reviews here, because some people are just unreasonable. The hostel takes up several floors in an old historical building in the city center, where the rest are taken by other businesses. So yeah, the walls are a bit thin (you can get free earplugs at the reception, though), many people pass through the entrance to visit those other business, and the temperature in our room was probably 19-18C, while outside was ~ -3C. Some people complained about cold, but if you sit in a thicker sweater, you will be comfortable. We booked a private room with private bathroom and everything was exactly like in the photos, and clean. When you are in a shared accommodation, there's only so much the staff can do, the rest is up to guests. The location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk from Rynek. For this price, the breakfast was ok too.

The hostel is spread over 3 floors with the reception and most of the communal areas at the top floor. The bottom floor where our friends were staying was a bit grim. The tram stop was right outside our windows and it was very noisy.

The location was fantastic Friendly and helpful staff. Towels and ironing board available. The rooms on the 3rd floor had fans and that floor was nicely decorated with a big communal kitchen

The mattress could be better. And there should be better pillows. Not everyone likes feather pillows.
