The check-in process was inconvenient, as there was no staff present when we arrived, and we had to wait for the receptionist to return to receive our room key. If staff cannot be available at all times, a self-check-in system would be more efficient. The room was small with limited storage, lacked air conditioning, and felt uncomfortably hot even in cool weather. Although the toilet was clean, an unpleasant urinary smell lingered throughout the stay.

The hotel’s location was very convenient for transportation, and the soundproofing seems to be effective.

It was pretty chilly inside the apartment. Make sure to bring some clothes, especially slippers. An absence of mirror is a big problem

Great location. Tram stop is just in front of entrance. There are a lot of cafes near by. You will find a shared kitchen out there with a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge. WiFi connection is stable across the kitchen area. However a signal is not stable on the right side of the floor

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night sleep, and the added bonus of a Nespresso machine made my morning even better. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The receptionist was super nice—welcoming, helpful, and always with a smile. Her kindness truly made a difference and set the tone for a wonderful experience.

Everything went well.

I needed a room for one night and Planet Hostel met my expectations in every way. I especially liked the fact that the entrance is right behind the tram stop. When I come to Warsaw again, I will definitely book my room here.

The facilities were not in a great condition. I didn’t have a socket near my bad, so had to use one half across the room. No soap on the sink, just in the shower which was pretty weird for me. The room was a bit chilly which might’ve been because of the old windows with poor insulation. The pillows are very thin, so I had to ask for an extra one. Only one towel, no towel for the floor in the bathroom.

The location was pretty convenient. It was quite inexpensive for a room with a private bathroom. The girl at the reception (sorry I didn’t get her name) was super nice and helpful.

I stayed in one of the self-contained studios on the 8th floor. Well- equipped, cozy but comfortable. Coffee machine and coffee capsules, kettle and teabags. Washing machine. Pull out sofa bed and table. Well designed and modern small living space.

The hostel's location is highly appreciated, being close to everything, with a tram stop just outside. The room was clean, and the hostel itself was calm and well-maintained. The kitchenette was excellent, equipped with everything we needed—I particularly enjoyed preparing coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the lady at reception. I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely book it again."

Miss Taisiia made the stay wonderful!! We instantly became friends she is such a lovely receptionist and she even helped me with my bag!! I came to warsaw for a test I was completely stressed and unsure about my life, but meeting her made me so happy and I'm so grateful for my stay in this hotel! Based on her recommendation I went to park Łazienki and had a beautiful tour in warsaw!! Thank you miss Taisiia, I'll never forget you and I would like to meet you again in Warsaw ❤❤
