Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only two pillows for two people was insufficient. No kettle in the room. The mattress was very firm, personal preference, felt uncomfortable for us. The shower head wasn’t dispensing water properly.

The fact the noise from other guests and was not dealt with very well. Being woke up at 4am and the noise was until they passed out after 9am when we left for the day

We stayed for only half a day, so we didn’t notice anything negative. Everything we wanted from the hotel, we got.
I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the train station and reasonable price. It turned out to be perfect: just a 7-minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station. Also I would like to specifically highlight the friendliness of the reception staff. Thank you for your English skills, warm smiles, and willingness to help. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 a.m., not expecting to be checked in so early. The receptionist kindly checked availability and immediately handed us the keys. It was a wonderful surprise! The room was small but very clean, with extremely comfortable beds and excellent lighting.

Good location, walking distance from the old town and a stone’s throw from Wroclavia shopping centre. They provide everything you need to be comfortable for a short stay.

Rooms are small, very simplistic and price overall feel too high for what you get.

I couldn't turn the light off . I didn't like the bathroom as it was set up for disabled guests.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very good location, close to bus and train station and shopping centre.

Nothing really
Very clean. Quiet. Basic but with everything needed. I didn’t like the shower gel/hand wash liquid. I think they need to invest in a bit thicker/better quality product. But we only stayed there for a night, so not too bad. Breakfast very basic but everything we liked was there: from warm sausages and beans, through ham, cheese, cucumber, butter, etc for sandwiches, to yogurts, cereals, musli, milk, etc. Coffee and tea available as well. Staff polite, close to everywhere. We definitely recommend the place.

After I did check out I ask to put my coat untill I'll comeback but the worker tell me I need a bag to put it I need to convince him to take the coat never happen in my life!!! After I comeback he was on the phone for a few minutes and after that with someone I ask hom just to bring the coat it take a secound but I waited there the all time this is just anoying everything was great except from this😑
